Great Condo, Great Location

We love staying at the South Seas. This condo was great. It was clean and in very nice condition. The view was great for sunsets and the ocean. We would love to stay here again. Check in process was smooth and communication was spot on!

Perfect Getaway

The property overlooks Tigertail Beach and is beautiful. Close to everything on Marco Island. Quiet and relaxing.

Family Vacation

Marco Island is beautiful, easy walk to the beach, not overly crowded, complex is very nice, pool closes at dusk :-( the condo is perfect for Sunsets from the balcony. Good beds, great location, a little lacking on overall lighting and quality of bathroom fixtures. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo with a fabulous view

We had a wonderful time during our stay on Marco Island. This condo that we rented for over two weeks was located on the 18th floor of tower 4 so the view was incredible. We enjoyed this view from both the spacious balcony, living room and master bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and we had two large showers in the two ensuite bathrooms. The walk down to the beach took about 10min and the beach was stunning, we saw dolphins, manatees, baby turtles, one baby hammerhead and lots of birds including a bald eagle. Our favourite restaurant by far was Doreen's Cup of Joe, the other local restaurants was not that great. The only negative, the second bedroom didn’t have a ceiling fan and the communication with the rental agent Len was occasionally slow.

Beautiful View and quiet

Overall the unit was very nice and as described. Some kitchen frying pans and metal trays should be replaced - cooking residue which we would not use.

Nice condo with amazing view!

Tasteful and comfortable condo with an amazing balcony view of the lagoon and gulf. Perfect for bird enthusiasts, egrets, herons, pelicans and spoonbills. Our only disappointment was with our host. The coffee maker was missing the carafe. We emailed him twice and called him once. We never recieved a reply then FIVE days later, a small used one was left at the back door. Disappointing.

Great view

The condo was perfect size for two adults and a toddler. Just wish that it was toddler proof but we dealt with everything. Great view of the sunsets and when the sun does go down everybody who's watching it starts clapping and yelling which is kind of awesome. The only thing I didn't like was the walk from the condo to the water with me being 59 years old in a bad back and bad knees that walk wore me out. But if you're in good shape and you're able to walk it it's a great area I really did like it. I went to tiger tail Beach went chilling at multiple beaches in the area while I was here. There is so much to do around here even with the toddler you went to the zoo went to other beaches within an hour's drive. We just wish we didn't have to go home so soon.

Clean property, with amenities just as described. We loved the beach and sunset views from the balcony. Some small quibbles — not a square of toilet paper in either bathroom (perhaps a CIVID measure?), bedroom lamp so dim we couldn’t read by it with no overhead light and a desk phone number that is out of service. These were in contrast to the high quality of the condo.

Excellent Views and Location

Our family of 4 enjoyed our week long stay in this beautifully renovated condo. The views and sunsets from the entire unit were gorgeous. The location was great right on the beach, and within walking or bicycling distance to many shops, restaurants and the grocery store. No car needed with bikes. The pool is very peaceful and spacious. The unit itself was beautiful, very well equipped and comfortable. It was exactly as presented online. And a great value for a wonderful condo.

Sunsets in Paradise

We have been to Marco Island many times & absolutely love it! I was initially nervous about the northern facing balcony, but we had a perfect vantage point for watching those beautiful sunsets. Len was wonderful to work with & we had a lovely time with everything we needed -including a cart for our daily hike out to the beach! I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful, convenient, comfortable

This was our 2nd time staying at the South Seas and this unit was great! Updated and comfortable with deck views of Tigertail and sunsets. Even the elevator rides weren’t too bad from the 18th floor. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Would definitely stay in this unit again.
