Séjourner dans notre condo est vraiment une expérience confortable et relaxante. L'ameublement confortable fait de notre maison la vôtre. Si vous voulez vous baigner, cette unité au premier étage est peut-être à 20 pas de la piscine privée. Pour ceux qui aiment griller, il y a un barbecue à gaz situé à environ 30 marches de la porte d'entrée. Les courts de tennis sont situés peut-être à 40 pas!

La plage sud de Marco Island est située juste en face de la route. L'accès à la plage est peut-être à 200 pieds. Vous pouvez avoir des vacances à la plage sans le prix des vacances à la plage! Venez profiter des meilleurs bombardements du monde, ou tout simplement vous détendre avec des chaises de plage (fournies par le propriétaire) et profiter du sable blanc, du soleil chaud et des eaux chaudes du golfe du Mexique. Si l'aventure est ce que vous voulez, vous pouvez louer un jet ski ou faire du parachute ascensionnel ... à quelques pas!

Ce condo rénové comprend deux chambres. Le maître a un lit king size afin que vous puissiez vous étendre et vous détendre après une longue journée au soleil. La salle de bain principale rénovée communique avec la chambre. La chambre d'amis a un lit simple et un lit superposé (pour les enfants). Le lit superposé a un rail de sécurité pour protéger les plus petits. Nous fournissons également un nouveau «Pack N Play» pour les clients avec de très jeunes enfants. La salle de bain d'hôtes est juste à côté de la chambre d'amis. Les deux chambres ont des stores assombrissants pour que le soleil du matin ne dérange pas ceux d'entre vous qui veulent dormir.

La famille a des canapés surdimensionnés pour plus de confort. Si vous voulez regarder la télévision, vous pouvez le faire dans la salle familiale ou dans l'une ou l'autre des chambres sur de nouveaux téléviseurs à grand écran plat. Vous pouvez également profiter d'une vidéo sur de nouveaux lecteurs DVD. L'unité est équipée de DVD pour adultes, adolescents et enfants. Vous pouvez également profiter d'un accès Internet WIFI gratuit. Pour sécuriser vos objets de valeur, vous pouvez utiliser le coffre-fort de style hôtel (programmable selon votre propre code privé).

La cuisine entièrement équipée a été rénovée et a de nouveaux appareils pour les jours où vous préférez rester et cuisiner. Pas besoin d'aller à la laverie. Cette unité a une toute nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse sur place. Le climatiseur a également été remplacé très récemment, vous devriez donc avoir une belle brise fraîche à attendre avec impatience à votre retour de la piscine.

Peut-être la plus belle partie de notre condo est le projeté à véranda. Détendez-vous, mangez et buvez sans avoir à faire face à des bugs ennuyeux.

Excellent location! Directly across from South beach public beach access. Clean, exactly as shown in photos on VRBO.Comfortable beds both in master AND 2nd bedroom with 2 doubles (too often the master bed is nice but the second bedroom beds are definitely for kids not other adults, which is horrible)Great parking a few steps from the door. Right by the pool entrance ( we stay on the beach so can’t say that we utilize the pool, the area was clean, quiet and had a grill area.)Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location and a great stay!

The condo is a perfect location to enjoy South Marco beach. We walked the short walk to the beach most days and enjoyed our beach days and amazing sunsets. Since parking is included with your stay at the condo we saved money that others were paying at a public parking lot across the street from the condo. The condo had everything needed for cooking meals. We made breakfast each morning then in the evenings we ate dinner at several of Marco Islands great restaurants. Both bedrooms were comfortable with their own personal bathroom. The condo has plenty of room for families or in our case two couples. The condo also had three televisions one in each bedroom and one in the living room. We did one pool day instead of the beach which was relaxing and steps from our condo. I highly recommend staying at this condo and we plan to stay there in our future visits to Marco Island. The owner Allan was available to respond to any questions and he was a pleasure to rent from.

Location is excellent

We’ve never stayed on Marco Island. We found this place and it was an excellent location almost directly across from the South Beach Access. We saw many cars waiting in line to park at the South Beach access and all we had to do was exit our condo and walk across the street! There were beach chairs , umbrella and a wheeled buggy to take them to the beach. There were plenty of beach towels and coolers too. We enjoyed walking on the beach and down Collier Blvd as well as surrounding streets. Beach has lots of shells so good shoes are handy. There are a few restaurants and a 7/11 were about a 1/2 mile away and many other great restaurants on the island. You can walk across the street to the beach to Sunset Grille as well with a great view of the beach and sunset. Condo has a pool and tennis court although you’ll need your own tennis racquets and balls. The kitchen had enough equipment for cooking and eating. Might have to buy some staples like soap, Kleenex, laundry detergent, garbage bags depending on what was left behind. The owner mentioned he has not been able to get to the unit because of Covid and he is in Canada. The property manager was supposed to meet us at the unit but did not show. There was a cleaning person there when we arrived and she let us know. The owner was available for any questions. The unit is a little dated in its decor and carpet had a few stains but it was pretty clean. We appreciated the three twin beds and one king bed as well as two full bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the very first time this has happened. We also apologize about the carpet. Because of the pandemic, we have been unable to cross the border from Canada in order to inspect the unit. Great Location

We loved our stay. The owner was fantastic and gave us a list of restraunts and their numbers. The property was exactly as described and the beach access was fantastic. The pool was clean and warm. The people we talked to were very friendly. We loved having beach towels and items to take to the beach (cart, chairs, coolers and ice packs, and umbrellas).

Our family had a great time staying in this unit. The location is fantastic for beach lovers. It’s easy to get to with easy on-site parking and a nice pool area. The unit was clean and is well maintained.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and the condo is located right across the street from beach access. Beach items were available so no need to pack chairs or umbrellas. Overall very nice stay.

Perfect week!

Loved our stay at the Seaview! The location couldn’t be better with the beach entrance directly across the street. The unit had every possible amenity you could possibly want. We have been coming to Marco for about 8 years and have never been disappointed. Our only regret is that we aren’t staying longer😞.

My wife & I loved our stay. The condo is comfortable & has all the amenities that we,as seasoned Travellers, want & need. The pool is fantastic & the beach is only a short walk. The condo has every beach accessory you want. We'll be coming back to "Casa Seaview "

We could not get enough of the beaches, the beauty, the friendly people and the laid back lifestyle. We made it our goal to buy a piece of paradise. We were finally able to do so in February 2012. We hope you come to Marco and fall in love with the island the way that we have.
