Cette maison unifamiliale située au bord de la baie, dans l’état recherché de Long Beach Island (LBI) dans le New Jersey, est située dans une crique protégée et une rue sans issue. La maison a le charme d'un chalet de plage, mais elle dispose des commodités que vous recherchez ... climatisation centrale, laveuse, sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, four à micro-ondes, four à convection et douche extérieure.

À quelques pâtés de maisons du pont, il est pratique pour les lieux de mariage, le nouveau parc d’aventures et les boutiques et restaurants du continent. La plage, la baie de baignade, l’aire de jeux, le golf miniature, les restaurants, les bars et les commerces de proximité se trouvent à quelques pas.

Si vous voulez vous détendre, vous et votre famille (amis) pouvez vous détendre sur le pont et profiter de l'eau. Perfect Beach House on the Bay!

Our recent stay was lovely, the house is well appointed, clean and in a quiet location. You can rent kayaks or a pontoon boat at a nearby marina. There is lots of outdoor space for dining/entertaining. The master suite on the top floor was large and private! Overall, a great house and a great week at LBI!

Wedding weekend down the shore :)

We had such a great time at Diana’s lovely home! I stayed with a few friends all in a bridal party for one of our best friends wedding. The house was perfect for the weekend and really made our time while not at wedding events so enjoyable. Diana was so responsive with any questions I had throughout the stay. Great getaway

Amazing property with views from everywhere in the house. Everything was perfect! From the newest sandpaper waiting for us to extra towels and linens if needed! This will be the property I search for first when looking to have a great getaway again!

Wonderful getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was so easy and relaxing. The house was very clean and it was really nice to be on the bay. Diana is easy to communicate with and accommodating. We didn't have any issues while we were there as everything is kept in good condition and easy to figure out. Would love to go when it's warmer to enjoy the bay a little more but it was very peaceful and serene.

Diana’s Lovely Rental in Ship Bottom, NJ

This property was perfect for our family over the Memorial Day weekend! It’s located right on the bay with a great view. There is a nice ground sitting area to enjoy the outdoors as well as the upper deck. Both very comfortable. The house was very clean and just as described in the listing. The beachy decor is so cute! Furnishings and beds are comfortable and well maintained. Would love to rental again when the occasion arises. Thank you!

Scenic Cove

Sitting outside on the deck was delightful, always something new...,.an entertaining, rather vocal duck family, sunrise, sunset, the quiet serenity of the nighttime lights reflecting on the water, a soothing, sometimes misty breeze: all in all relaxing. Lovely neighbors on the block were fun to meet.

We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this sweet home so nicely decorated and comfy. The dock was so much fun, the crap traps at the house made it that much more fun for the kids. It was so nice being right on the bay. Looking out the windows and seeing the water and boats and beautiful homes across the water. We took nice walks in this nice neighborhood too!! We will be back for sure!!

Wonderful house with a stellar view!

An extremely comfortable home with great views of the bay. Everything about our trip was enjoyable. From a very simple check in process to spotless accommodations. We really liked the house with very comfortable seating areas and nice size bedrooms. We also loved the outdoor dining area on the waters edge with a large table to sit the family. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Wonderful place to get away and enjoy a nice relaxing vacation!

Situated on a quiet street right off the bay, this home is sure not to disappoint. The homeowners were very accommodating and made every step of booking the rental very easy. They have a beautiful dock, perfect for relaxation and great views. The home was very clean with plenty of space. Nice outdoor seating and in a fantastic location near coffee shops,restaurants, bait and tackle and so much more! Really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Weekend Stay

We stayed in this charming property for a weekend wedding. Diana generously provided towels and sheets for us, which was a huge plus since we were coming for a short stay. The property is right on the bay and there's a nice porch out back to soak in the sun. Overall, a seamless renting experience and would definitely recommend!

Quiet Cottage on the Bay

Our group of four adults shared this clean and well-stocked home for three nights. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of several restaurants and the ocean beach. We prepared fresh seafood each night and had plenty of cookware and dinnerware (shout-out to Blue Claw Seafood Market for their amazing crab cakes!) While described as a 3 bedroom house that sleeps seven, the third bedroom is quite small, containing only a twin bed and side table (no a dresser or closet). The sunroom (with hide-a-bed) faces East and is a really nice space. The outdoor seating area under the deck was a great place to hang out and the dock was handy for a quick dip in the bay. I wish we'd had time to do a little crabbing with the provided crab traps! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the owner to be friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect house for our weekend regatta. Great set up and convenient to everything.

This house was perfect for our stay. Super clean and bright, it had everything we needed for our weekend stay in LBI. The owner was very thoughtful to tell us about LBI, the stop lights, bestnaces to eat, closest grocery etc. she was very responsive to our questions and requests. Loved that she provides beach passes! We will definitely stay here again when we return to LBI.

I have been coming to LBI my whole life. I love the beach but enjoy being out on the bay. There is so much to do: crabbing, waterskiing, wave runners, paddlebaording, kayaking, or just floating on tubes. When this house became available, it has the best of all worlds. Right on the bay and just blocks to the beach. It has all the modern amenities, yet the charm of the older cottages, similar to the one my parents still own.
