Appartement bien entretenu de 3 chambres à coucher et 1 salle de bain situé au rez-de-chaussée avec une rampe d'accÚs pour handicapés. QuatriÚme maison de la plage (environ 150 pieds des dunes) aucun passage de boulevard nécessaire pour se rendre à la plage! Emplacement commode à seulement 7 pùtés de maisons au nord de la chaussée et à quelques pas du centre-ville pour faire du shopping et dßner, et à 1 pùté de maisons du terrain de balle, des terrains de basket-ball et de tennis ainsi que d'une rampe de mise à l'eau publique pour accéder à la baie.

The apartment was small, clean, and had the essentials. My family loved the close proximity to the beach; we could hop right over the dunes. Great restaurants within walking distance. Host was very hospitable and gave us great to-do recommendations we wouldn't have had otherwise. The beds were a little hard but I'm picky about beds - were fine for a weekend.

Perfect spot at the Jersey Shore!

We had a wonderful stay at John's Surf City rental. John and Ellen were charming, friendly and helpful hosts who made us feel very welcome. We had a great first impression because of their prompt and pleasant answers to our questions before renting, but they were even nicer in person! We were there to visit with family from all over the country for the week of July 4th, and the location was fabulous -- close to the Causeway, just three doors from a gorgeous and uncrowded beach, and easy walking distance from coffee and bagel shops, restaurants and ice cream. (Close-by restaurant recommendation: LBI Kitchen) The house was immaculately clean, with two very comfortable queen-size beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We loved the convenience of the spacious outdoor shower, appreciated the washer and dryer, and enjoyed spending time on the comfy and breezy front porch.We'd love to stay here again. An A+ rental experience! 10/10

Staying here felt like home! And the host made us feel like family.

John and his wife (I’m sorry I’m drawing a blank for her name) were lovely host! Extremely accommodating, even brought us some treats for breakfast one morning from their favorite bakery on the island. I can see why it’s their favorite! My wife, my sister and I all agreed that it was in our top 3 best bagels and doughnuts we’ve ever had! Now getting to our stay. You can see the beach from the porch which we enjoy having dinner and breakfast from daily. The home was so clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals from breakfast to cooking a crab and clam dinner. After a day at the beach there’s an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. The house is in a centralized location to everything you’d need. Everything walking distance to a great cafe with top tier coffee, a butcher shop and even a produce market. 10/10 would recommend, we plan on booking again this summer. Thank you for the great experience.

Great little spot close to beach !

This was the perfect spot for our family of five ! Great for the little ones as it’s close to the beach -all one floor (no steps) and no crossing roads or traffic. Also it’s only a few blocks away from the Surf City Bay Beach , which is wonderful for the littles. John was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for a great beach weekend !

Perfect Place for a Quick Beach Jaunt

Great little place just a couple houses from the beach. Was perfect for our purposes. House was clean and bright and provided a nice setting after a day on one of the most beautiful places on earth ..... a LBI Beach. Owner was super helpful and friendly. Highly Recommended

Great Location in LBI

My family and I had a terrific time in LBI at this property. John, was a fantastic host and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The property was very close to the beach and provided the perfect setup for our getaway. I would absolutely recommend it.

Great Place to Stay!!

Owners John and Ellen were extremely nice and accommodating!! Beach is so close, and house is in walking distance for some ice cream!! Bike rentals and fresh seafood market right up the block.. will deff I left recommend staying on South 2nd in Surf City!
