Bienvenue dans notre condo situé dans la communauté Island Retreat sur St. Simons Island. Ce condo est idéalement situé au centre de la pointe sud de SSI. Vous serez à distance de marche de nombreux endroits populaires, y compris Red Fern Village, connu pour ses restaurants, ses boutiques et sa musique live. Island Retreat est à moins de 3 km de St. Simons Pier Village ainsi que East Beach. Il y a beaucoup à faire et à voir lors de votre visite, notamment; visiter l'un des nombreux parcs, faire du shopping, jouer au golf, faire des tours en chariot, en apprendre davantage sur l'histoire du vieux fort et bien plus encore! Pendant l'été, il y a un splash pad pour les plus petits! Il y a souvent des concerts ou des films hebdomadaires sous les étoiles sous les arbres au parc Neptune et des festivals au parc Mary Ross Waterfront. Ce ne sont là que quelques-unes des nombreuses activités amusantes proposées par SSI! We loved our stay at Island Retreat! The condo was clean, well stocked, and very convenient to everything we wanted to do. This was our first visit to St. Simons, but it won’t be our last. We will be back and we will stay here again. Thanks for helping make this is great trip for us!

The condo was clean check in time was at 4pm wished it was at 3 pm as there was terrible rain there and no where to go. Also the tub and sink in the MB were very sluggish going down! As for the kitchen utensils and pots and pans let me say that they were horrendous the pots were non stick and they were all scratched off you had to use plastic spoons to stir with besides that there was no other decent kitchen utensils for cooking food also there was much more criteria than I have ever had staying at a Vrbo!! Like strip the beds and put in washer put all towels in the tub put dishes in dishwasher and run it just really unhappy and won’t sff to ag here again

I’m also glad that we could accommodate your one night stay, as we typically require a two night minimum. We understand the weather during your visit created challenges, and while our standard check-in and check-out times are in place to allow proper cleaning and preparation for incoming guests, we were happy to accommodate a (very last minute) later check-out for you as best we could given our schedule. Had you reached out about arriving earlier, we definitely could’ve worked that out. We apologize for the slow-draining sink and tub, and as promised via our text conversation, we will make sure those are addressed promptly. Regarding the cookware and utensils, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We do keep additional new kitchen items available and would have gladly provided them had we known during your stay. As outlined in our checkout instructions (that you are sent prior to your stay), we simply ask guests to start the dishwasher, place towels together, and strip used beds to help our cleaning team prepare efficiently between guests. We aim to keep the process straightforward while maintaining a clean and comfortable experience for all visitors. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving for future guests.

Condo was Perfect!

Erin was very accommodating and the condo was perfect for our two-night stay. The unit was beautifully decorated and furnished, clean, well-equipped and the area was safe. Will stay there again!

thi place is so pretty...so well decorated..easlily accesible...we loved it

would have liked more than one trash bag for kitchen but we made do LOL.....conveintley located to so many things and so clean and so well stocked with everything we needed....love this place!

We have visited St. Simons Island regularly for the past several years. We'd talked several times about wanting to one day own a place so that we could visit any time we'd like. On a whim, we decided to look at a few properties while we were visiting for Georgia/Florida weekend.......four weeks later we were closing on a condo! We're excited for this next journey in our lives. We've spent much time and thought trying to turn this little condo into a relaxing and welcoming place that you'll enjoy so much that you can't wait to get back! We look forward to sharing our place with our friends and family! If there is anything that we can do to improve your stay in the future, please feel free to share your thoughts! In the meantime, curl up and read a book, enjoy the beach, check out the island, enjoy the food and most importantly.....relax!

We worked hard on the condo after we purchased it in order to make it feel like home. We even refinished most of the furniture pieces ourselves! We also tried to ensure that we had everything at the condo that we needed while visiting so that we could simply pack a bag of clothes and show up.....we hope you'll have everything that you need as well and if not, please let us know what we can do to make your stay better!
