Great place for a week to relax

The property was as advertised and came with everything that you could need. Whether taking a trip to the beach or a night out on the pier this place is great for a much needed vacation and close to everything that St Simons has to offer.

The interior was very clean and neat. We loved the decor, the convenience to everything on the island and how fast we could get to the mainland. Although we did not use them, it was nice to have bicycles in the storage shed out front. One thing the note is the back bedroom has a skylight so those sensitive to light in the morning should choose the front room. I had no problems with it and it lets nice light into the room during the day. It’s also nice to have a full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs so two people can get ready at the same time. The TV downstairs is very big and easy to use. It has a good soundbar and subwoofer. We enjoyed it. It comes with a Roku stick, but we were able to use our own fire stick. Each bedroom upstairs also had a TV and a Roku. We will definitely request to stay at this location. The next time we go to the Georgia Coast.

Nice weekend stay

The location is ideal, within a few minute drive of all SSI has to offer. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a vacation rental. I don’t know if I missed it listed but there was a keurig, so I wish I brought kcups. The only negatives, which aren’t dealbreakers were, having to go to the rental office to pick up keys instead of there being a code on the door. We were in traffic going from the rental company to the condo that took 20 mins - to go 1.5 miles. The second thing is when pulling into Gascoigne Complex, it was a bit underwhelming. The exterior is worn and dated and it seemed to be filled with renters who had bikes all over the place. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable, cute, clean condo, in a good location - this is a great option. I just wouldn’t plan on being wow’ed when you pull in but the unit itself is cute and cozy.

Our stay at the Condo on SSI was very nice. Since our family has allergies to pets, we are very glad this is a no pet, very clean , condo. It is conveniently located to beaches and light house area with the pier and shops. The only suggestion is that there be more wash cloths for guest. There are plenty of bath towels, but not enough smaller wash cloths. The kitchen was well supplied. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan in the living room. The condo is a good place to stay for a small family vacation.
