À seulement 5 maisons de la plage de sable blanc du golfe. Près du cœur du village d'Anna Maria se trouve cette maison spacieuse avec une sensation d'île détendue. Cet emplacement idéal vous permet de marcher jusqu'à la plage, les restaurants, les bars, la jetée, l'arrêt de tramway et les boutiques de l'avenue des Pins. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour s'asseoir et profiter de votre environnement dans cette maison privée de 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain avec une toute nouvelle piscine et terrasse.
Le niveau principal comprend une chambre avec un lit gigogne double et une salle de bain complète. Une buanderie / cellier séparée et une cuisine entièrement équipée ouvrent sur une grande salle à manger lumineuse et aérée. Le salon propose deux grands canapés et chaises pour se détendre et regarder un film sur le téléviseur 60 pouces avec un son surround Bose, menant à une grande terrasse donnant sur la nouvelle piscine étincelante. Prenez les escaliers du pont vers la piscine et le patio privé qui comprend une salle de bains et une douche extérieure.

Le deuxième niveau offre:
 Une suite parentale avec un lit King
Une autre chambre offre un lit Queen
La quatrième chambre comprend 2 lits jumeaux. L'un est un gigogne
Une grande baignoire d'invité a une combinaison baignoire / douche

Perfect spot for family vacation

Location, location, location.Walking to the beach and restaurants, made the stay so extra enjoyable. We stayed memorial day weekend and didn't have to worry about the traffic because everything we needed we could walk to.

Perfect Family House

Our family had a wonderful time at this house! It was clean, well stocked and within walking distance of the beach. We also loved having a shaded pool to relax in. Our son has already asked to stay at this house again during our next trip to AMI!

Wonderful Vacation

This house and location was perfect for our family of five adults and three children. Great proximity to the beach and quiet neighborhood. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Great stay

Family of 8 stayed at property. Access to beach was within 1 block, water was beautiful with white sandy beach. Many shops within short distance from house. It was a beautiful home to stay in.

Our Family Favorite!

This house has become our home away from home every other year for Thanksgiving! Eleni is an exceptional Property Manager and goes out of her way for her guests. The house has everything we need for indoors and out! It’s perfectly located a very short distance to the beach so a day at the beach feels effortless. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place, perfect location!

Our first time at Anna Maria Island, and this house and it’s location made it a truly special trip with our family. The house itself is great and has everything you need for the beach and the pool, and for cooking and relaxing throughout the week. The location is amazing! Perfect!

We loved the house and proximity to the beach and restaurants/shopping. The house is well equipped and has everything we needed! The owner was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the TV that we struggled with on the first night. All in all a fabulous place to stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place!!!

Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. Appreciate a well stocked home, with everything we needed. Was probably the cleanest rental I ever stayed in. On a quite street, but close to everything. Enjoyed short walks to restaurants and beach.
