Cette maison de 3 chambres est située sur la rive ouest du lac Tahoe à Tahoe City et offre de belles vues sur la forêt et des améliorations dans toute la maison. Notre escapade élégante accepte les animaux de compagnie et dispose d'un loft parfait pour rattraper son retard sur le travail ou pour dormir par-dessus bord. Notre élégante maison de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain est située sur la rive ouest du lac Tahoe dans la région Sunnyside de Tahoe City. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et s'évader, tout en étant suffisamment proche des commodités modernes.

Le niveau principal de la maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon, de grandes fenêtres et un superbe foyer au gaz de roche. C'est super pour passer du temps en famille et pour se divertir. Si vous montez juste dans les escaliers, vous trouverez un joli loft avec un petit espace de travail et un futon de taille normale pour dormir à débordement. En bas, vous trouverez 3 chambres, dont une grande suite parentale avec un lit King, une chambre avec un lit Queen et une chambre d'enfants avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés.

Marchez sur une courte distance jusqu'au sommet de la route pour admirer une vue imprenable sur le lac Tahoe et profitez de kilomètres de sentiers menant au Tahoe Rim Trail.

Les invités d'été apprécieront la proximité des restaurants, des plages et des sentiers de randonnée, ainsi que l'intérieur lumineux et gai. Les clients hivernaux apprécieront la vue des chutes de neige fraîches sur les arbres à travers les grandes fenêtres, le stationnement dans le garage pour 2 voitures et le trajet rapide vers les stations de ski de Homewood, Squaw Valley et Alpine Meadows.

This house is amazing. I would leave there in a heartbeat. The location is close to a lot of great amenities including two trailheads. There is a fully fenced yard which is awesome if you have a dog that needs to outdoor space. Ours really loved the back deck and the proximity to swimming and trails. This is by far my favoritest place to stay in Tahoe. Cannot say enough good things about it.

Great dog friendly home!

We loved this rental! It was perfect for our family of four and border collie pup. Loved the big windows, outdoor deck and yard. Location was perfect and close to many dog friendly beaches. Would stay there again for sure!

Great house

This house is as pictured on the website, but exceeded expectations. The great room is well laid out, very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. The bedrooms are also clean and beds comfortable. We would come again!

Great Thanksgiving Holiday

The place was great. I have been going up to Lake Tahoe for the last 3 Thanksgiving Holidays and this place was perfect for my family. The kids enjoyed the area for sledding in the snow. Great location. The only thing I would suggest is to keep an eye on the weather. The place is up hill so if there is a lot of snow, as there was this year I would recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Would defiantly stay again.

Beautiful house in great area

Everything was accurate as the listing except for one thing. We chose this house because of the fenced yard and the large size of the yard for our dog. However there is no entrance to the yard from inside the house. You need to go out the front door and around to the side gate. Not a big issue but I would have appreciated this information.

Loved this place!

This was the perfect location, size, and layout for our Tahoe vacation. It is attractively and comfortably appointed, clean, organized, and the staff is super responsive. A few minor requests: carpeting probably really needs deep cleaning, a few reading lamps in the main living room, and it would be great to be able to get to the back yard from the deck or within the house. (Need to go outside to get to fenced in yard.) Thank you for the comfortable and easy vacation!

Evacuee paradise

I found this lovely cabin on VRBO on the day that we needed to evacuate the Kincade fire in Sonoma County. The property manager was super helpful, allowed us to come a day early, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great neighborhood, great yard for the dog, lovely view of Lake Tahoe from the top of the street, warm and comfortable. Everything we needed. We hope to return under better circumstances!
