An amazing getaway in beautiful Key West

Very nice property and located in a nice neighborhood. Reggie was fantastic to communicate all the details needed. He was also able to accommodate a ladt minute request. We highly recommend!

Family of 4 and it was comfortable enough for us. Kitchen with just about everything you need. Bathroom for each room with showers and a community bathroom downstairs. Quite and gated area with a nice pool in the center. The drive to Duval st is about 10-15min drive.

Floors were mopped but not clean. Is you walked in your bare feet or white socks the bottoms turned black. Shower curtain in the master bathroom was moldy. Told host and nothing was done. The beds were comfortable and grounds were nice.

We enjoyed the excursions parking was crazy and expensive. Disappointed that there weren’t any beaches I’m not really a shopper, but I did enjoy some of the bar atmosphere.

Loved the stay and the location

This was our first trip to key west. The location is awesome and this place was clean well maintained. Love the gated community and the pool, close access to the beach and everything else. Would recommend

As advertized. Kitchenware was adequate to cook a small meal. The ice maker worked and there was a small drip coffee maker. The pool was great! Several great restaurant options were nearby. The amount of traffic & noise was surprising but tolerable.

Really Liked This Condo

Myself and two other women came down for a getaway in Key West. We were very pleased with the condo. It had the sheets, towels, beach towels, and bathroom supplies you need, including hairdryers. The kitchen was nicely supplied with all you want/need too. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the pool. We felt secure in this small condo complex and like the location. We had a small issue with something and the owner, Reggie, was very responsive and took care of it immediately. Thank you Reggie!

Great location to visit Key West

We had issues with the door lock on arrival. Reggie & the housekeeper were able to help us after I refused to leave the door unlocked. The unit is very clean. Sleeps 4 but only seats 3 in living room. Patio furniture needs replacing. Parking can get difficult returning late at night but not impossible. After all of this I would return again.

Nice condo on stock island

We had a great time in the keys at this condo. The pool was rarely locked except the one time we didn’t take the key and got locked in. I’ve never been at a pool where you have to have a key to get out of the pool area. Also I did like the washer and dryer in the unit but would have appreciated more towels and washcloths. There were 6 people in our group, condo had 6 towels but only 5 washcloths. So I bought a pack of 12 and left them there for future guests. We did appreciate the pool/beach towels tho. This saved room in our suitcase since we flew down. Overall great place, just small things that were a bit of a bother.

The interior of the property was clean and cozy, there were areas that could use a little TLC such as the kitchen cabinets where the cabinet covering was peeling in the microwave was cracked at the door. The exterior decks were dirty and full of leaves and the deck door windows could use a good cleaning. The towels smelled musty as if they had been left in the washing machine for a long time and then put in the dryer. These are little things I noticed but they didn't detract from it being a nice place to stay and close to restaurants. We did not use the pool so I don't know about that. Although the owner kept me informed of potential Wi-Fi and cable outages we really did not have a problem with that at all. Parking was good but with some of the torrential rains we had the parking lot did get flooded which was not something we were expecting.The property was quiet and it was close to restaurants in walking distance as well as the CVS.I would stay here again if I were to need a place to stay in Key West.

Key West visit

The location was nice being off the beaten path. However, there must have been a group of spring break kids staying in the complex. They were at the pool blasting their music and the group a couple of spots down from our condo were smoking pot. I couldn't care less but do not care for the smell and expected a nice day at the pool. The remote control for the bedrooms worked for each room. Meaning when one room put on lights it stayed on in the other room or if the fan was put on low in one room it was on low for the other room also. They could not run independently. It was nice to have beach towels. Also, there was detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, ice, dish soap and soap for dishwasher. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking, eating supplies along with a blender, and coffee pot but no toaster (there was a toaster oven).The pull out wasn't horrible with the topper used that was in a bin in the living room. Plenty of blankets and pillows and bath towels. Washer and dryer was huge. Would like to suggest a cooler and beach chairs. We have had these at other rentals and it was a great convince. Would I go again? Maybe. Would depend on price at the time.
