Sensationnel!! Construit en 2004/2005, Coral Hammock est une des communautés les plus récents fermée, avec 55 maisons de villégiature de luxe avec un Clubhouse somptueux et piscine et les jardins paysagers luxuriants. Ces maisons unifamiliales personnalisées rappellent le charme romantique du vieux Key West avec des plans d'étage spacieux, les plafonds, les porches de style «lambi" et le toit métallique traditionnelle voûtés. Situé à «marqueur de mile 5 'et idéalement situé en face du club de golf de Key West et juste en bas de la rue de la pêche de classe mondiale et d'autres activités au restaurant et Marina de Hurricane Hole. Vous êtes près de l'action, mais encore isolé assez pour profiter de votre vie privée. Key West est seulement une île '2x4' (deux miles de large et quatre miles de long) donc rien est loin !!

Cette liste comprend deux chambres et 2 1/2 salle de bain Royal Palm House (nous offrons également un trois chambres 3 salles de bain Royal Palm House) et l'ensemble de notre hamac Coral Royal Palm maisons sont à proximité de la piscine. Cette maison a un lit queen, deux lits jumeaux (qui peuvent être convertis en un lit king à votre demande) plus un canapé-lit et est entièrement meublée avec le meilleur de tout.

We had a great stay at this house and really enjoyed our time here. The home was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant overall. Since we had a car, the location worked very well for us, and the gated community felt friendly, safe, and convenient. Having parking right by the house was also a big plus.The kids spent hours in the pool, and it was easy to drive into town whenever we wanted to go for a walk or dinner. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped with dishes and everything we needed, and it was also great to have plenty of towels available, including extras. We also appreciated having a gas grill, which was a nice bonus during our stay.The only suggestion would be to give some attention to the kitchen knives, as some of them were not very convenient to use and could use sharpening.Thank you for your hospitality - we would definitely recommend this home.

The property was lovely. Very nice pool. The unit we rented was very nice and comfortable, and well stocked with supplies and helpful items like coffee to get us started first morning!The beds were awesome! Randy assisted us with getting the expired parking pass renewed, He was great, and even followed up next to make sure everything was good!

We had an amazing first time on Key West! The location was absolutely perfect - out of the business of in-town, and super close drive to town and beaches. Condo was very clean and tidy! Love the decor and kitchen was well equipped. We will be back!

Great family vacation spot

Easy access to key west and getting everywhere within 10-15 minutes- great to take a dip in the pool and the rooms were comfortable. Highly recommend this place - we will be returning

Great option for a Key West retreat

Great location with secure gated access. There were a lot of great restaurants near the condo if you did not want to take the short drive into Key West. We had a great time with all the needed amenities.

Key Perfection

This was one of the best rentals I have stayed in, with great hosts that communicate very well with very thorough instructions. I loved the fact that the property was gated and just steps away from the pool. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels for our stay. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Just minutes away from beaches and grocery stores.

Great Place!

This property exceeded our expectations! Everything was well furnished, clean, and close to Key West without being too cramped. Craig and Cindy were great to deal with. There were many special touches (I don't want to spoil the surprise) so you must stay here to find out what they are! Definitely plan on staying here again!

Great Place

The place was nice and functional. It does need a good walk-through to fix things like broken blinds, and the floor rug that was not taped to fl. Just small things like that but overall a nice place.

Awesome Condo

Fantastic two bedroom condo on Stock Island one mile from Key West. Great local restaurants. Property was REALLY clean and incredibly well stocked. I have food allergies so we always cook most of our meals and there is a lot of variation on what people considered a "stocked" kitchen. This kitchen has plenty of bowls and pans to cook a meal! The pool was lovely and immediately behind the unit - so very convenient. Absolutely would stay again!.

Beautiful unit but some issues.

This review is to shed some light on how this rental will work. We had a great time but were surprised/uncomfortable with a few things. Four stars because it’s worth staying in if you are comfortable with how the owners operate. The owners do not like using VRBO and made it very clear throughout our interactions. You have to sign a separate contract with them over email or they will cancel your reservation. In that contract they refuse to comply with VRBO’s cancellation policy and you must prove that you have bought travelers insurance for weather. The day we arrived, the air conditioner was broken and the unit was 87 degrees, even until midnight. I reached out through VRBO and got a response saying that using VRBO to communicate is ridiculous and I should always call instead, but that they were in Paris and busy. I like to use the messaging system because there is a record of everything said. And I booked through VRBO for this exact reason. The air conditioning was fixed the next day after I messaged the person in charge of maintenance (who was wonderful), and the owners are mailing a check to refund my first night’s stay (instead of going through VRBO to refund). After we left, the property manager called and asked where the parking pass was. I had not seen this in the listing and had not seen it in the unit. He was kind and took my word for it. Check in and out was easy and the pool is lovely! It’s a nice circle of townhomes and other guests were kind.
