Beautiful place, cannot say enough positive things about the location! Check in and out was a breeze. Great spot for families. Clean, organized, safe, and well-lit complex. Will be coming back to this location again!

Considerable beach access with no crowds compared to other larger complexes. Walking distance to the Flora-Bama and Flora-Bama restaurants. Very good communication from management company. Spacious condo. Quiet complex.

Lovely Spot

We loved out stay at this property. We had an issue with the codes at check in, which was on a Sunday, and the office promptly got back to us despite it being out of office hours. Would stay again!

I’ve never been to a quieter beach. It was absolutely lovely and nearly all to ourselves in September.The pool was excellent and looked clean.The condo was attractive and tidy. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable.The kitchen was clean and had everything I needed. ((I would suggest some stainless cookware instead of teflon.))The deck had nice views and plenty of seating.No complaints! We would stay again.

Last Minute Trip

Great condo. Location was prime. The inside decor and furniture was perfect. Lots of room to spread out. Loved the view. Pool area was large and quiet with lots of chairs. When we had a question about anything, communication was quick back with an answer. Have already recommended to friends.

The perfect vacation

What a wonderful property. Everything was so clean and well taken care of. It felt like home. Loved the fact that this property was away from the hussle and bussel of the bigger complexes. We felt like we had space to "breathe" while on the beach without feeling completely isolated. Our family has been coming to Orange Beach for many years now and this is by far our new favorite place to stay. I just hope it is available for our next trip. Will be staying here again for sure.

Home away from home

We love Needlerush Point and have stayed in several units over many years. This unit is updated and very well stocked. The only complaint was the TV in the master bedroom didn’t work.

Beautiful Beach and Unit

Great location with lots of beautiful, private beach property. A really nice large beachside pool as well as a large grassy area (We didn't use, but would be great for children) Two small draw backs: 1. Absolutely no early check in. I've never not been able to go ahead and take property keys/parking/pool passes and use the pool and beach while waiting on a text to go into a unit 2. I asked about elevators at the property before my trip and was told "I believe they have elevators" - they do not. Not a huge deal because only 2 flights of stairs, except for the first day of unloading. Pack accordingly. Overall, the property and unit was really nice! I would definitely go back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I loved our stay at NRP condo A33. The unit itself was beautifully decorated, spacious and had a wonderful view of the gulf. Great access to an uncrowded beach. There was construction going on in other units during our stay, but since we were out most the time, it really wasn't much of an issue for us. Being on the third level had its pros and cons and restaurants were just a few minutes away. Overall, great location and lovely unit. We'd love to stay there again.

Beach Front

The view is great and such a short walk to the beach. This condo needs to be exterminated. We saw three huge roaches in the kitchen. The furniture also hadn’t been dusted in a while. Linens were clean and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and dishes.

Wonderful Home Away From Home

What a great location steps from the beach. Great condo with comfortable beds, nice linens, and fully stocked kitchen. We had no issues while there and made great use of the expansive beach and wonderful pool. Highly recommend.
