Needle Rush Point Condominiums is a rustic Perdido Key resort that extends from beachfront to riverside, giving you options for your gulf coast getaway. You'll enjoy 2 pools, one Beachside and the other outdoor pool just across the street on the Bayside. Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Boat owners will find 2 Docks and On-Site Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. NO Grills, electrical, gas, or charcoal, allowed at the condo. (this is grounds for eviction) .
3. This resort is Smoke-Free. No Smoking in condo, on balcony or common areas.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great Location with unrestricted view!

Overall everything was good. We did have a small issue with the code not working but was given a new one upon arrival. Someone had left the sink full of dirty water on the garbage disposal side and hair was left in the shower drain in front master bathroom which was gross but other than that it was clean. Furnishings were a bit dated but we weren't really there much. Nice pool on the property with easy access to the beach which we loved. The guest info book should be updated with current chair & umbrella services. The company that once serviced that property no longer does. There weren't any beach chairs or umbrellas to use like some other places we've stayed... Either plan to bring your own or you can rent from Ike's, but overall we enjoyed our time there!

Last minute spring break getaway

Place was exactly as pictured. We had a miner issue with our door code when we arrived, but the management quickly worked with us to get us in. Overall a great quiet location with restaurants near by. Pool was beautiful and can't beat being in a beach.w We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place!!

This was our 27th consecutive year visiting the area and this has been our favorite so far. From check in to checkout, Beach Getaways was absolutely awesome and easy. Thank you so much for the good times and taking the stress out of the rental process.

Needle rush point condo

Location was perfect !!! Condo needs some work, 2nd bath toilet leaking water on floor. Condo floor was dirty and had a lot of sand on floor. Nothing stocked, 1 little pack of laundry soap and dishwasher soap that’s it, no coffee filters, etc. they had no beach Towels or chairs, you had to rent from guy on the beach or buy your own locally. Furniture in living room and on deck was old and needed to be replaced. Only cable on tv, no Netflix or streaming apps, condo walls very thin, could hear neighbors easily but most were pretty quiet. Overall good location with nice view and beach but needs a few little things and it would be amazing.

Beach getaway

We managed a few days to spend at the beach and what a place to stay!! fantastic home away from home and we so enjoyed the beach being so close. the ease of accessing both shopping and eating from our location was perfect. we really enjoyed the stay and the accommodations.

Family trip

We booked this condo last minute for family vacation. The condo was just as pictures showed and was perfect for our family of four. We appreciate the convenience of being right on the beach within steps from the sand which makes for easy trips back and forth with kids. The beach was private with small numbers of families which made it a peaceful relaxing time at the beach. My kids enjoyed the pool as it was big and not many people there. Also appreciated the quietness of the location because it made it easy to get in and out. Would return in the future.

Perfect peaceful getaway

We loved our stay! The location was PERFECT! At first when we arrived Waze had us go to the river side of the complex and I was bummed
but then we realized Waze was wrong and we were in fact gulf side! Yay! The condo was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. The deck was AWESOME! Even when the storm started rolling in, we were able to sit out there for a while and watch it because of the shelter. The deck was perfect for watching sunrises in the morning. Getting down to the beach was easy and convenient. Florabama is in walking distance. Because all the touristy places and large complexes are to the west of this place, the traffic wasn’t too bad out in front and we never heard it. Private Beach was clean, quiet and just lovely. Our son went over to the river side to fish in the mornings (evening proved to be too busy over there with boats). The sunset on that side of the complex was really pretty
 we went over out last night and watched it from the observation boardwalk. We will definitely share this gem with our friend looking for a quiet beach getaway! Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us! It was just what the doctor ordered! ❀
