Newly updated condo. Each bedroom features a new queen size bed. The bedrooms have large closets and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Each room also includes a TV for relaxing and watching a movie. The bathrooms have a tub/shower combination and touch LED customizable mirrors. There are two twin size beds past the bedrooms off of the hallway. The twin beds are spacious yet tucked away in their nook for privacy.

The living room with a dining table, bar, and large flat screen TV does include a sofa sleeper. The kitchen is new, functional, and fully stocked. The kitchen has plenty of storage and space with surrounding ceiling-to-floor cabinets. The condo includes a large private patio with new outdoor furniture and plenty of room for family and friends. You are shore to love all that this condo has to offer.

Grand Caribbean has private beach access. Plus a picnic and bar-b-que area. Also included is use of both pools and hot tubs. Restaurants, bars, and shopping are within walking distance from the condo. Please note all linens are provided along with an initial set of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, laundry pods, dish detergent packets, trash bags for each can, and soap.

Located near a 9 mile National Seashore, enjoy walks along the beach or through the nature trails at the park. While on the Key, don't forget to visit the Naval Aviation Museum and Fort Barrancas. The area supports some of the best fishing, golfing, music and local fresh seafood to be found. Perdido Key is a unique resort community that you'll never want to leave!

Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
