The Primary Suite has a King bed, sliding doors to the yard & en suite bath with outdoor access. The second Primary Suite, or the Casita has a private entrance from outside and showcases a King bed, fireplace, wet bar, sliding doors to the yard & en suite bath w/ soaking tub. The third Suite has 2 Queen beds, sliding doors to the yard & en suite bath. The final bedroom toward the front of the house features a King bed, television, comfortable furnishings, and has access to the hallway bathroom. 

Originally built in the 1960s, Indian Canyons is a coveted neighborhood with deep midcentury roots & distinctive architecture. Well known architects like Palmer & Krisel & Donald Wexler erected structures here in the shadows of the San Jacinto mountains. The Canyon Country Club, now known as the Indian Canyons North Course, was the first 18-hole golf course in Palm Springs. Frank Sinatra bought his first desert home here in 1947 & the neighborhood has been the desert getaway for many celebrities including Walt Disney, Chuck Conners (“The Rifleman”), Don Adams (“Get Smart”) & Jerome Factor (Max Factor Cosmetics). This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
