"The Casita" guest room is an attached Casita, separated from the other three bedroom suites, and overlooking the pool and spa. It features a King size bed, 50” TV, walk-in closet, dresser, vanity, mountain view and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. A sliding glass door offers easy access to the pool and spa, and combined with a large window and second glass door, invites an enormous amount of Palm Springs sunshine into the entire room.

The main living area is an open floor plan that includes a living room, dining room and kitchen that opens onto the pool, spa, two covered outdoor seating areas and spacious backyard. Sunshine pours into all three rooms bathing them in natural light.

The living room is contemporary yet comfortable and cozy. The L-shaped couch with chaise, along with two side chairs, can accommodate eight in front of a 70'' TV and inviting gas fireplace. The living room also has a fully equipped wet bar with built in fridge, pendant lighting, three barstools, retro music streaming system and a swanky vibe.

Palm Springs is renowned for its mid century modern style, and nowhere in this luxury vacation home is this better exemplified than in the dining room: a mid century inspired table, eight mid century inspired chairs, yellow contoured accent wall and whimsical chandelier create the perfect Palm Springs dining experience.
