Points faibles : Arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.
Host didn't contact us with the key code so we were stood outside for hours with a 2yr old and family even though we messaged them the day before. We guessed the code got in tryed to warm milk for child's bed time and the microwave started smoking fire Hazzard. The property looks lovely but needs a good dust. A welcome pack of a sponge and a bin bag really doesn't cut it! One cupboard for food and no shelf in the fridge door. Maybe look up the meaning of hospitality when people are paying a grand for 4nights at least be there to let them in out of the rain and leave them a pint of milk because there are no shops near by and the Lanes are treacherous. Such a shame pretty place needs more TLC inside and out loose the dead basket of flowers and uncomfortable outside furniture your getting paid inuff! Have the common decency to let guests in.
