The property was spacious, clean, and a wonderful place to unwind after a day of exploring Edinburgh. The location was conveniently close to train and bus stations to get around the city. I especially enjoyed using the gym on the property. The hosts were incredibly responsive, would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Fantastic flat and property managers. Well coordinated and great communication.Flat is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Building is fun with a gym, billiards and foosball.Easy walking to fun places to eat and pubs. The Universiry is a short walk away.Strong recommendation, will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was exceptional! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We felt very secure and safe in our place and the surrounding areas. The apartment is close to the train station, as well as the bus and tram stops, which is very convenient. It has lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. It’s a nice respite from the Royal Mile and other tourist attractions. Our host/contact was very easy to communicate with. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner.

It's the little details that were missing that barely keep this clean, safe, modern apartment from being 5 stars. The host company is great (BEST check in ever!); they listened to my constructive critiques & will attend to those details, which will make the place even better. Here's examples so you can gage their (non)importance to you: no salt/pepper shakers, no paper towel holder, no blankets or flat sheets, no facial tissues, no directions to restaurants/groceries within walking distance (note: there are 2 within a 2-minute walk & more within a 10-minute stroll, which Google oddly doesn't highlight either), no instructions for the odd-to-americans washer/dryer, no patio seating (nice big patio!), not enough towels for # of booked guests, & no coffee machine. The noise level was not a problem for us deep sleepers, but if you're a light sleeper ask if the apartment you're assigned to has the bedrooms facing the street or courtyard - it'll make a huge difference. If it's on the street side - ask for portable fans so you can keep the windows closed & sleep in peace. Last of the heads ups, which IS noted in their description: The tourist sites are a 20-ish minute walk or a 12-ish minute cab ride. Not unreasonable for the quality & cost of the modern apartment. Overall - this place and the host company were awesome and we will stay again on our next visit. I have faith that the little details will be attended to & the stay will be even better - 5 Stars!
