Second Floor Oceanside 2 BR Condo in Beach Haven. Great Central Location!

Cozy oceanside condo in the heart of Beach Haven. Central location allows you to park your car and walk to nearby Bay Village, Fantasy Island, and numerous shops and restaurants. There is also a free shuttle which runs the entirety of LBI (during prime summer). Plenty to do for families and adults alike!

The deck entrance is a great place to have your morning coffee. Please note this is a second floor condo and stairs are required. The main living room has room to relax and watch a movie after a long day at the beach. There is also a Queen size Murphy Bed. Down the hall is one bathroom and a washer/dryer. The first bedroom sleeps two (2 twin beds) and second bedroom has a queen size bed. You will find all the amenities you need in the kitchen as well as a table with seating for 4. Condo has two split AC units to keep it cool.

Wash off after the beach in the outside shower. There is a small area with table and chairs for dining in the front of the house (building has no back yard). Rental comes with 4 beach badges and two beach chairs for your convenience. Children under 12 have free entrance to the beach. Please note linens (sheets/towels) are not provided and unit does not include an off-street parking spot.

Perfect location in Beach Haven - two blocks from Bay Village and Fantasy Island and a very easy short walk to the beach (without crossing the main drag). Would absolutely book here again - clean and quiet!

The condo served our purposes to stay for the decoy show. The lack of linens was what is keeping our rating from a five. We flew with it because there was not many places available for the dog.

Great location!!

Loved the location. Comfortable unitexcept for the bedroom with queen sized bed. Bed had to be pushed up against 2 walls which was inconvenient for getting in and out. Kitchen and living room area were great. Air conditioning worked very well. Would definitely go back.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway

This condo was a great place to stay for a long weekend on LBI! It's a nice walk to the beach and the Bay Village shopping area. 7-11 is right across the street for any last minute items. Laura was a wonderful owner who provided information not only for her condo, but for any other questions we had. Her condo was also well equipped with necessary items and comfortable furniture. We would definitely return!

On the positive side, the location was great.If you enjoy shopping & Bay Village. The down side is street traffic & no dedicated parking spot. Property not close to the beach!! Kitchen was updated, no Keurig, dishes were chipped & sauté pans not useable. Limited kitchen items.Washing machine …hot water only! Pee stained queen mattress coverProperty needs TLC

Clean and convenient location

The property needs work. Windows needed sticks to stay open, no air in bedrooms just fans. Was fine for the week we stayed but wouldn't want to be there in August. On the plus side it did have a washer and dryer and kitchen with basic tools.

Cute, Clean, All the Necessities

This property was exactly as advertised. Appreciated all the windows making it light & bright. Easy walk to all the Beach Haven restaurants, Fantasy Island etc. Had one issue with a leak — manager had it repaired in the same day! That’s amazing! Queen room is very small— bed touches the wall on one side & cooling was a challenge on hot days. Bed was very comfortable & loved having the dresser to get clothes etc out of the way We would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you:)

Nice clean place

Everything was just as expected. Location was super for teens and walking distance to a few bars for the adults. There is a nail/screw sticking up out of the deck at the top of the stairs. I tried to drive it back down but no luck. Would hate to see some barefoot person cut their foot. Thank you!!

Labor Day Weekend

We had a blast on our Labor Day getaway. Even with 2/3 days being rained out! There was concern for flooding so we contacted Laura who quickly and efficiently told us where to move our car! The street did get flooded but the property was perfect and not flooded! The outdoor showers were absolute life savers after the Sandy walk back from the beach. We were in walking distance from the shoppes and lots of food options. The condo was well kept, and had all the ammenities and appliances we could have asked for! We loved every moment we were there (which was a lot because of the weather). Definitely recommend renting from Laura and we will continue to do so in the future!

You get what you pay for

For the money you get a wonderful location, blocks from great beaches and lots of retail and restaurants but the apartment isn't great. But, to be clear, we didn't pay for great. We paid relatively little and got a serviceable place to sleep and eat a few meals during our first-ever visit to Beach Haven/LBI. The master bedroom is tiny and doesn't get much of the cool air from the wall mounted air conditioning units (the rest of the apartment, however, stayed comfortably cool during the hot, late summer days.) However, the place came with at least 3 fans - on of which mounts in a window so we stayed comfortable. The owner was responsive to our messages and helpful when we had a minor glitch. All the tech - the TV and internet - worked well. The kitchen is a good size for up to 4 people with ample room to cook. If you're looking for an affordable way to spend a few days "down the shore," then this little place may be for you.
