Condo confortable et propre de deux chambres sur une propriété résidentielle / commerciale mixte à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage.
Salle de bain spacieuse et carrelée avec douche de 8 pi x 3 pi, garde-manger et tous les nouveaux accessoires. Espace bar. Les améliorations de la cuisine comprennent toutes les nouvelles armoires, un réfrigérateur de la taille d'un appartement et un four avec une cuisinière. Douche extérieure privée.
Lit Queen et unité murale AC en Master BR, lit gigogne (2 lits simples) dans le deuxième BR. Deux terrasses partagées au rez-de-chaussée (couvre-feu à 10 h.). Climatisation centrale également.
Gril à gaz. 2 téléviseurs HD à écran plat, Internet haut débit et système de musique IHome.
Il y a une place de stationnement autorisée près de l'unité avec un stationnement supplémentaire dans la rue. Pas d'animaux s'il vous plaît. Interdiction de fumer à l'intérieur de l'unité. La literie n'est pas incluse.
Les badges de plage (2) sont inclus, mais ils doivent être retournés ou remplacés pour éviter des frais de 50 $ au dépôt de garantie.
La propriété est située au 6105, boulevard Long Beach à Brant Beach / North Beach Haven (unité 4) entre la 61e et la 62e rue. Les locataires ont accès à des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard ou des jouets dans le hangar extérieur.

We had an amazing stay here in brant beach. It was extremely clean upon arrival and everything a family could need a home away from home. The location couldn't be more perfect, just steps to the beach. Our host very responsive and ensured us a wonderful stay. Looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect little place! Great location! Close to the beach, ice cream, Beach Haven restaurants, shopping, and the bridge! John checked in to make sure we were comfortable! Just wonderful!!!!

Great property close to the beach and close to additional parking!

We had a great stay at the property with my family of three! The beach is close enough to walk back to the property if you forget something. The unit has one on site parking spot but SO MUCH extra parking is very close. Everything is updated and clean; plenty of kitchen supplies; Keurig and regular coffee machine available. The owner is very attentive and checked in with us during the stay. Thank you!

Great family friendly place and very clean.

My husband and I and our two kids (aged 5 and 11) stayed for a week. We typically stay at a family friend’s house but they were booked and we decided last minute to go. I found this cute, updated place with amazing reviews and decided to go for it. We had an amazing time. The owner was easy to contact, kept in touch, and gave clear check in and check out instructions. We were lucky enough to run into him before we left and he was so personable and kind to us. The neighbor living on the bottom floor was also very welcoming to us. The drive to and from Beach Haven was perfect and we were only a block from the beach and we were close enough to a couple places to eat, coffee shops, and not to forget about the ice cream shop right below us which my husband and son LOVED. We both highly recommend this place if you want a nice quiet, updated, family friendly space to relax and enjoy.

LBI September 2021

The property is perfect for small group. The unit has accommodations that fit well for a group of 3-4. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions that we had. The unit is one short block to the beach and as we went to LBI for a beach get a way experience we were very happy with the proximity to the beach. I would recommend this unit to others.

We have found our home to stay when we visit LbI

We absolutely loved our week stay at this cozy , clean , updated, convenient location for our family four . Everything was perfect . The beds were so comfortable just as if we were sleeping in our own beds . John the owner was a pleasure to talk with and give us all the information we needed when we reached out to him . Great value!

Great location and extremely clean! We weren’t sure what this apartment was going to be like, being above a commercial property but it went above and beyond our expectations. It was extremely quiet at all hours and felt like a home. I stayed with 3 other adults and we had no problems with the bedrooms or living space, it was just the right amount of space for all of us to fit comfortably.The beach is super close by and all around just a convenient location to everything on the island. John the owner was always easy to reach and would check is periodically to make sure we were having the best trip possible. Overall a really great stay!

Location, location, location (and budget, budget, budget)!

We were on a tight budget. This property kept us on budget, and on the beach block where we wanted to be. Literally 2 minute walk to a nice part of Brant Beach (just past 6 or 7 houses and across Beach Ave). Condo is cozy but clean, and nicely maintained/renovated. John is easily accessible by text or email. We had our two kids share the 2nd bedroom with trundle bed, and they loved it. Only drawback was there was mot much seating or table space the kitchen/family room area (it is exactly like picture is shown), but we were on the beach most of the day anyway, so no big deal for us. For the rental rate, I would say this is a great location close to the beach for a family of 4 or smaller.

Close to beach and bay, comfortable second floor apartment

We had a great week in this rental, the house was clean, comfortable, and a bit larger of a space than we originally anticipated knowing it was an upstairs apartment. The kitchen was well equipped despite its smaller size, and the outdoor shower and hose were very appreciated. The outdoor area was roomy albeit it is mostly a gravel lot dually used by company trucks from the adjoining business. Also, the wifi connection was extremely limited. Great location otherwise to both bay and beach, we biked to a few local restaurants/bars. John was a great, easy to reach host; Thanks for everything!

Clean, modern and very cozy! Nice upgrades to kitchen and bathroom. Nice size master bedroom with queen bed and very cute 2nd bedroom with twin beds. Property looked exactly like the pictures...no surprises! Very cozy and perfect for small family or a couple. Just one block from the beach was very nice as well!
