Great getaway for a couple. House is charming and updated with close proximity to the beach. Hosts were very receptive and my dog truly appreciated being able to come along. Highly recommended .

Apartment was a little small especially living room (3 adults), but very nice and clean. We were there for a wedding so didn’t have much down time to spend inside. Great outdoor space. Location is great 1/2 block to beach & walkable to restaurants and shops. Hosts were very nice to talk with. Enjoyed our stay.

Place is nice, clean and great location. Host was easy to work with. Had lots of difficulty with TV. Was not a smart TV so could not use any streaming. Only cable and no good channels. It was also a little too warm. The AC seemed to auto off often and we had trouble sleeping cause it kept getting too warm overnight. We had to keep getting up to turn it back down. A smart TV and better AC settings and would be perfect.

I am so sorry about your difficulty with the TV and the working of the Airconditioner. Both are a couple of years old and are in excellent condition. I understand you were a overnight stay only! but if you had called and contacted me I would have been over in 5 minutes and showed you, or did these easy changes mysef, please never hesitate to call we are very close by, to assist in anything you may need. Our stay with my son and his dog,was perfect, since we were attending a wedding , across the way. There was also a park very close, since the dog was a senior she didnt not have to walk far. The deck was great for the pup too. Stores and resturants were walking distance. The space for two people and a dog was comfortable for our two days. Keep in mind since its not a hotel you have to bring your bed linens ,towels and bathroom supplies. Oh the wedding was Fun and we didnt have to drive home.

Maria and her husband’s home is a great choice for a small family getaway or a trip with friends. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with cooking essentials, though you’ll want to bring basics such as cooking oil. Be sure to pack personal items like shampoo, soap, and other toiletries as well.One thing to note is that the smart TV was not working during our stay, so plan ahead if that is important to you. Bringing your own streaming device is an easy solution.We would gladly stay here again and are planning the trip for next year! Maria and her husband were incredibly responsive, attentive, and a pleasure to meet. The location is excellent and makes it easy to enjoy everything LBI has to offer. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit!

Cute place to stay and close to the beach. Great for small family. Upstairs is a railroad setup to get from one bedroom to the other. Overall nice place and super convenient location to Seashell Resort where went to a wedding

Wonderfully clean accommodations in a convenient location.

We had a lovely, mid-week September stay in this cozy, well-located property. SO CLEAN!! Quiet neighborhood with ample parking during our stay. 1 block from public beach access, 2 blocks from stores and restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation House

We loved staying at this clean Victorian house. The location is perfect and within walking distance from local restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again. The only suggestion I have is to provide shower caddies for tenets to make using the outside shower easier.
