Vous cherchez une escapade en bord de mer abordable pour un couple ou une petite famille? Ce magnifique condo de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain accepte les animaux domestiques est en bord de mer et offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis le toit-terrasse. Ce condo en bord de mer peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 avec 1 chambre lit queen, 1 chambre avec un lit superposé simple avec lit gigogne et un canapé-lit pleine grandeur dans le salon. Vues magnifiques et relaxantes depuis le toit-terrasse privé! Les équipements comprennent 3 téléviseurs intelligents, un barbecue à gaz, une connexion Wi-Fi, A / C, une cuisine bien équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, une salle de bain mise à jour, 4 badges de plage, une douche extérieure privée (non partagée avec d'autres unités) et 2 places de parking. Quartier calme au sud de la circulation dense mais à seulement 3 minutes en voiture (ou 5 minutes en vélo) de tout le plaisir de Beach Haven! La disponibilité et les tarifs sont tenus à jour sur ce site, vous n'avez donc pas besoin de demander, mais si vous avez du mal à trouver les informations, il vous suffit d'appeler ou d'envoyer un SMS. Cette propriété accepte 1 petit chien de moins de 40 livres. Si vous avez un petit chien bien élevé, ils sont les bienvenus ici! Cette unité a été rénovée à 100% et a tous les nouveaux planchers de bois, tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers, une cuisine toute neuve et une salle de bain entièrement neuve. Ce condo attaché est dans un immeuble en bord de mer avec seulement 4 unités, tous sur 1 étage. Notre unité est directement face à la plage et l'accès à la plage se trouve sur le côté du bâtiment (voir photos). Il y a 2 unités face à la plage (la nôtre est une) et 2 unités face à la rue. L'emplacement est à 2 pâtés de maisons au sud de la frontière Beach Haven (qui est à Grosser St). Chaque unité dispose d’escaliers d’entrée séparés menant à son propre «pont du rez-de-chaussée» personnel et la porte de chaque unité est accessible à partir de ce pont privé. Il y a un escalier en colimaçon vers le toit-terrasse et l'escalier est partagé par les deux unités avant, mais une fois que vous êtes monté sur le toit-terrasse, il y a un séparateur entre les 2 côtés du toit-terrasse, vous avez donc votre propre espace sur le toit-terrasse. . Les images montrées sont juste votre section de la terrasse sur le toit.

We had a good time and enjoyed being right on the beach while off season. The size of the condo was perfect for the two of us with our dog. We visited some restaurants and recommend la bamba and dockside diner!

Our stay at Holgate was great, perfect for our small family. The property was clean and well maintained. It is exactly described and shown in the pictures. The place was really nice and clean. Easy access to the beach. Loved the rooftop area to sit, relax and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Quiet location although it was the off season. Would stay there again.

We’ve had so many wonderful guests over the years, many who return year after year. But sometimes there are guests like this one. After holding a reservation for her for over 6 months she found it ‘uncooperative’ that we don’t allow cancellations a few days before checkin. Although she acknowledged that she understood that 14 days notice was required for a refund, she felt strongly that an exception should be made for her since rain was forecasted during her stay.

Wonderful stay

The place is very clean and in a great location. It is right at the ocean and a great view from roof deck. The restaurants are also within walkable distance. Enjoyed our stay there and Whitney is really responsive and accommodating.

This place is amazing. It was clean and well maintained. Most importantly, it is right on the beach and has a roof top deck that has the most amazing view.If you need a small space that gives all the benefits of being right on the beach, this is the spot.I will definitely book again!

We had a great time this weekend at this lovely condo. Hung out on the rooftop deck much of the time. And our dog Amelia enjoyed herself as well. Rebooked for September and can’t wait to return!

Great condo with great views

This was the perfect long weekend getaway! The condo was clean and updated. The view from the roof was breathtaking. The beach access was right next door! Even the dogs enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

Well equipped Condo steps from the beach! This was a weekend getaway for my daughter and I. The location couldn’t be better. Very quiet area and only blocks from shopping, amusement park and restaurants! Beautiful view of the ocean from the rooftop deck and steps from the beach. We love the fact that we were able to bring my daughter’s Corgi! We will definitely be back!
