2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ground floor, 2 patios, 55” tv with cable and Netflix, Apple TV, 1000 movies, high speed fiber optic internet, fully furnished, computer and printer/scanner in unit, Vonage phone line. Heat and A/C in master bedroom, whole house water filtration system, maid service 2 times a week. 1300 square feet.

Fully furnished, all linens, towels, dishes and plates. BBQ, mountain bikes, rock star location steps away from the malecon/boardwalk and 1/2 block to the plaza, church, all banks and town center. Hear the lake and waves breaking on the malecon at night and church bells during the day from your bed.

Unit has full kitchen but there are many places to eat for $3 to $4 within a block including 3 coffee shops. Kitchen has sink, oven, range, microwave, toaster over, coffee maker, espresso maker, BBQ grill, George Foreman sandwich maker, all utensils.

Recently remodeled.

Ideal location

The bed had a plastic cover without a mattress pad making it very warm, Good AC in bedroom. Showers never got warm, just better than cold even running it a long time as suggested. Couldn’t have a better location being only 1 block from the malecon.

Property was very modern and furnished well. Pet friendly but failed to mention distance to walk my dog. Wasnt on the Property at all but on shore of lake.Im 72 with

This place is centrally located and within walking distances to most banks eating establishments shopping places Malecon you name it, the place was very nice and clean but the ONLY reason I rated it 4 on cleanliness is that my Sister found a couple of bugs in her bedroom floor alive probably came from outside so maybe owner could fumigate? Not sure if that would solve the issue since bugs are an everyday occurrence in Mexico, only downside is the owner handed me only 1 key and at the time I didn’t think about it but my sister and I had to coordinate the coming back to the apartment because she didn’t have a key/probably my fault because I never asked for another key so my suggestion is if there’s different people staying with different returns times to the apartment then you should ask for at least 2 keys, overall yes I would stay there again.

Apartment is only one block from Chapala Malacon. Walking distance to everything you need in Chapala. Owner owns a business on the second floor (separate entrance) and was very kind and helpful. Two bedrooms. Master was very comfortable with it's own A/C. The bed in the second bedroom is very, very firm. Had to cover with lots of comforters (all provided in the apartment) to make bed less hard. A very nice experience.

Unit was great, close to ...

Unit was great, close to everything and the calls to Canada and US were nice. We also liked the artisan craft decorations. It made us want to move to Chapala.
