Évadez-vous au Mexique et découvrez le temps magnifique toute l'année dans cette spacieuse chambre à coucher, deux salles de bain et demie (salle d'eau au rez-de-chaussée), à Ajijic. Cette maison de deux étages nouvellement construite avec toutes les commodités modernes se trouve dans un quartier paisible du village d'Ajijic et à quelques pas de nombreux restaurants, magasins et services dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour. Entrez dans un autre monde en vous promenant dans les rues pavées de ce charmant et sympathique village mexicain. Profitez du soleil chaud et de la vue sur les montagnes vallonnées. Les couchers de soleil du lac Chapala sont à ne pas manquer.

Le magnifique parc au bord du lac et le Malecon (promenade pavée) est l'endroit idéal pour faire votre promenade du matin ou du soir. Le Malecon est à seulement 2 maisons en contrebas et suit le bord du lac. Là, vous verrez des familles profiter du parc, des gens se promener ou promener leurs chiens.

Bien que la maison soit de nouvelle construction, elle se fond dans le village car elle possède de grands murs avec des portes de confidentialité automatiques pour que votre voiture puisse entrer. La maison et la cour sont nichées en toute sécurité derrière les hautes portes de maçonnerie et de métal.

La maison a un plan d'étage ouvert, un coin salon, une grande table à manger et une magnifique cuisine de style nord-américain.

La cuisine a de grands comptoirs en granit avec tabourets de bar pour manger dans la cuisine. Il a des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un réfrigérateur côte à côte, une machine à glaçons, un four à gaz, une cuisinière à gaz et un micro-ondes. Bien sûr, il y a les éléments nécessaires pour cuisiner et servir vos repas.

La maison dispose d'un système de purification et d'adoucissement de l'eau dans toute la maison, vous n'aurez donc pas besoin d'eau en bouteille.

Les grandes fenêtres laissent entrer la lumière du soleil afin que vous puissiez profiter du merveilleux air frais. Il y a de belles vues sur les montagnes depuis les chambres à l'étage et la cour arrière depuis les chambres en bas.

La maison dispose d'une suite parentale avec un téléviseur mural de 40 "et un coin salon. Il y a un grand bureau pour votre ordinateur portable ou pour se maquiller. Les hauts plafonds et les deux portes coulissantes laissent entrer l'extérieur et vous permettent de profiter du merveilleux air du soir. Il y a un immense dressing pour tous vos vêtements.

La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux haut de gamme qui peuvent être réunis pour un lit king size. Il dispose d'un téléviseur à écran plat mural de 32 ". Vous y trouverez un bureau et un grand placard. Il a une belle vue sur les montagnes à travers la grande fenêtre cintrée.

Il y a une grande buanderie à l'étage avec laveuse et sécheuse pour votre usage.

Cette maison est clé en main pour vous, donc tout est inclus pour votre location à court terme, y compris les services publics, le jardinier et le service de ménage deux fois par semaine.

Il existe des vols directs à bas prix de nombreuses villes nord-américaines vers Guadalajara. De Guadalajara, il n'y a qu'un trajet de 40 minutes en voiture ou en taxi jusqu'à votre porte à Ajijic.

Si vous voulez venir profiter et explorer Ajijic et le lac Chapala, c'est un bon endroit où séjourner. Situé au cœur du village d'Ajijic, il est facile d'accéder aux nombreux magasins, restaurants et bars à pied ou en taxi. Vous pouvez également prendre un bus de ville pour les villes voisines, Walmart, Guadalajara, etc. Vous verrez rapidement pourquoi tant de gens veulent venir ici pour profiter d'Ajijic pittoresque et de son temps ensoleillé.

This is an exceptional property. Modern, spacious, tastefully decorated,.and great convenient location. Though we chose to eat out most of the time (there are many good restaurants within walking distance) the kitchen is well designed and furnished for good "home cooking". The host Elise and her gentleman husband John are outstanding and were available to answer any questions and assist in any way possible to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you and certainly hope to visit with you again.

What a beautiful property we chose to stay in Ajijic! Very well appointed and in a great location. We had everything we needed and for sure would stay again in the future. Lots of room and a beautiful back yard. Highly recommended!

Wonderful house and location!

We have stayed at several locations in Ajijic over the years - this was the most modern and had the best location near the malecon and Colon street. A lovely back garden, a well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds and lots of space. Especially appreciated the water ultra filtration which eliminated managing heavy water bottles. Thank you Elise and John.

We really enjoyed our stay here . It is a beautiful property. The Malecon is just 2 houses away . Most destinattons in the village by taxis is r0 to 50 pesos .

we enjoyed our stay in this house, it had everything we needed. It really is better than the pictures. We had a car but were able to walk to nearly everything, so it is well located 1/2 block from malecon. Our stay could not have been better,we would stay again.

A great place to stay in Ajijic

The rental property is fantastic. From getting in, to communicating with the owner, Elise, to the attention she pays to every detail to its location right next to the Malecon and its closeness to the Lake Chapala society, it is the perfect location for a visit to Ajijic. It was quiet, safe, lighted, and we spent hours walking to various shops and restaurants and Ajijic centro all within 20 minutes or so from the property. It was our first visit to Mexico and immediately, we felt at home with the property and surrounding areas. Thank you Elise for sharing your beautiful home.

Great location.

Overall the house was great but did get kind of loud with Malecon activities on the weekend… but hearing the church bells daily made up for it 😊. Location was great as far as walkability to town square, restaurants and shopping. Maybe a few scatter rugs would be nice as noises echoed throughout. Nice clean place and well equipped.

Perfect property for a fabulous stay in Ajijic

We LOVE this home. If the owner ever sells, we'd like first dibs to buy it! It is not only well designed and well-built, but it is elegantly decorated and outfitted with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is PERFECT, too -- just steps from the lakefront malecon and just a couple of blocks' walk to the Ajijic plaza and many great restaurants and shopping. Whenever we return to Lake Chapala, Elise's home will be our first choice for accommodation.

Wonderful Home in Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Elise & John's home (Dec 27 through Jan 3). Communication was great, and the home was as described: wonderful and convenient location (just steps from the malecón and easy access to everything in central Ajijic), comfortable, secure and very spacious. Even though we stayed over the New Year's holiday, while certain noise was to be expected (fireworks, etc.), the house seemed relatively quiet. When returning to Ajijic, we will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks!!
