Vous cherchez une belle maison de plage sur l'une des meilleures plages de la cĂŽte du golfe? DĂ©couvrez notre condo rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, exquisĂ©ment dĂ©corĂ© situĂ© au coeur de Clearwater Beach Ă  Dockside Condominiums. Nous sommes juste sur la baie et Ă  moins de 100 mĂštres de la plage de sable de sucre, plage, restaurants, boutiques, vie nocturne, et plus encore. Les vues sont spectaculaires et vous apprĂ©cierez de regarder les bateaux, les dauphins et les lamantins depuis la fenĂȘtre de la salle Ă  manger et le balcon.

Notre propriĂ©tĂ© comprend toutes les commoditĂ©s de la maison - plus certains! Il est parfait pour un ou deux couples, avec un canapĂ©-lit confortable pour les invitĂ©s occasionnels. Les suites Ă  deux chambres ont chacune un lit king size et sont situĂ©es de part et d’autre de la cuisine / salle Ă  manger / salon, donc parfait pour la confidentialitĂ©. Une des chambres comprend Ă©galement un lit jumeau. Les deux chambres ont de grands placards, commodes, tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat et des tables de nuit. Une salle de bain comprend une baignoire / douche et l'autre a une douche Ă  l'italienne. Il y a aussi un coffre-fort de style hĂŽtelier dans l'unitĂ© et vous pouvez dĂ©finir votre propre code d'accĂšs.

La cuisine entiĂšrement fonctionnelle comprend des appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, de la vaisselle, des casseroles, des poĂȘles et tous les ustensiles dont vous avez besoin pour prĂ©parer vos propres repas ou dĂ©guster des mets Ă  emporter dans l'un des nombreux restaurants voisins. Une grande laveuse et sĂ©cheuse, de grands placards, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et un lecteur DVD, WiFi, Internet haut dĂ©bit, et un parking gratuit sont tous inclus. La piscine et la terrasse surplombent la baie et sont partagĂ©es avec l'hĂŽtel Clearwater Beach voisin.

Excellent endroit tranquille

Condo trĂšs propre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipé .. Nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien durant notre sĂ©jour. TrĂšs facile d’aller Ă  la plage qui est environ Ă  10 minutes de marche . La propriĂ©taire rĂ©pond promptement Ă  nos questions et elle s’est informĂ©e Ă  notre arrivĂ©e si tout Ă©tait correct au condo. Elle a le confort de ses invitĂ©s Ă  coeur.

Amazing Vacation

This is our second time staying in one of Kit & Gary's condos. The host think of everything to make your stay enjoyable and to feel like the comforts of home. The unit was absolutely beautiful and clean! Beds were comfortable and luxurious! Close proximity to the beach and lots of restaurants. Wagon, chairs, cooler, boogie boards...the list goes on and on! They truly have thought of everything. We are already planning our next trip.

Great holiday stay

We spent five nights over Christmas at Dock of the Bay. We enjoyed our stay. The property is ideally situated. It overlooks a dock and the bay, takes five minutes of walking to the beach, and is surrounded by restaurants and other amenities. Traffic in Clearwater Beach during the holidays can be egregious. The condo building itself is just off the main road, so it is easy to get in and out and is quiet at night.The condo itself was recently renovated. It is equipped with everything we need. We traveled with the elderly and a small child. We particularly liked the layout of the property, with a set of "suites" (a bedroom and a bathroom) on both sides of the condo. So at night residents in either end do not disturb each other.Kit and Gary are great hosts! The communications were smooth and they replied to our requests and questions promptly. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Cut short by Hurricane Helene

We booked this lovely unit for two weeks starting September 23rd. Stayed one night and left because Helene was coming. Drove inland for 3 nights hoping to return but couldn’t due to Helene. Kit, the owner, graciously refunded all but one night and the service fee. VRBO refunded the taxes with exception of the one night. We hope to return when Clearwater Beach is able to accept tourists.

Overall fantastic experience with the condo ! Only downside was the shared pool with the adjacent clearwater beach hotel .. it was more often than not very crowded .

Perfect getaway home

Beautiful condo

The location is perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants nearby. The condo is beautiful and very clean. The hosts had everything fully stocked in the kitchen. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and wagon that were provided to use. The hosts were very easy to contact and were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

A perfect stay

Excellent communication with the owners prior to our stay and checking in on us during the stay was the right level. Beautiful condo, sparkling clean, the most comfortable beds, had the best sleeps. The little touches, from beach items - trolley, chairs, cool box to an umbrella should there be rain! Welcome gift was a lovely touch and a superb location, walking distance to everywhere. Awesome Condo!

My husband and our friends stayed here 9 days. The host is very responsive to any and all questions. The condo is very clean and is perfect for 2 couples. The Sunrise view from the outside patio is outstanding! Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo!

The condominium was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was perfect. The doors had codes, so there was no need to worry about a key. The owner provided some essential items so we didn't have to spend extra money. They also provided a beach wagon, four beach chairs and a cooler. They were so quick to respond to any inquiry both before and during our stay. We didn't rent a car, but we really didn't need to because there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this unit. We definitely will be using this particular owner again!! I would give them a hundred stars if I could.

Gary and I are from the Midwest and knew that once our kids were off to college that we wanted to live someplace warm during the winter months! We had visited Clearwater Beach several times over the years, so chose to rent a condo for a month back in 2012. We liked it so much, we rented for three months the next year and five months the following year. At that point, we knew that Clearwater Beach was where we wanted to stay, so we bought a house on North Clearwater Beach and now live there nine months of the year.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

In 2017, we decided to invest in a condo that we could use when family and friends came to visit, plus rent out to guests looking for a great beach vacation and/or to check out Clearwater Beach for a potential winter vacation spot, just like we did years ago. We looked at several buildings, but selected Dockside Condominiums because of its superb proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, marina, and other local attractions. You can walk anywhere and you will hardly need a car except to explore areas off the beach. Though we're in the heart of the Beach, our condo faces the Bay so you rarely hear the nightlife once you're back in the condo.

The first thing we did after purchasing our condo was to hire a carpenter to do a major renovation and an interior designer to create an upscale coastal concept. We are thrilled with the results and hope you will be too! The patio, pool, sundeck, and dock all overlook the bay. You'll see gorgeous sunrises and dolphins playing right from your dining room window!
