Vous cherchez une belle maison de plage sur l'une des meilleures plages de la côte du golfe? Découvrez notre condo récemment rénové, exquisément décoré situé au coeur de Clearwater Beach à Dockside Condominiums. Nous sommes juste sur la baie et à moins de 100 mètres de la plage de sable de sucre, plage, restaurants, boutiques, vie nocturne, et plus encore. Les vues sont spectaculaires et vous apprécierez de regarder les bateaux, les dauphins et les lamantins depuis la fenêtre de la salle à manger et le balcon.

Notre propriété comprend toutes les commodités de la maison - plus certains! Il est parfait pour un ou deux couples, avec un canapé-lit confortable pour les invités occasionnels. Les suites à deux chambres ont chacune un lit king size et sont situées de part et d’autre de la cuisine / salle à manger / salon, donc parfait pour la confidentialité. Une des chambres comprend également un lit jumeau. Les deux chambres ont de grands placards, commodes, téléviseurs à écran plat et des tables de nuit. Une salle de bain comprend une baignoire / douche et l'autre a une douche à l'italienne. Il y a aussi un coffre-fort de style hôtelier dans l'unité et vous pouvez définir votre propre code d'accès.

La cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle comprend des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, de la vaisselle, des casseroles, des poêles et tous les ustensiles dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos propres repas ou déguster des mets à emporter dans l'un des nombreux restaurants voisins. Une grande laveuse et sécheuse, de grands placards, une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD, WiFi, Internet haut débit, et un parking gratuit sont tous inclus. La piscine et la terrasse surplombent la baie et sont partagées avec l'hôtel Clearwater Beach voisin.

This was a great place to stay. Close to absolutely everything. We did not have a car but we could walk to everything. The view from the patio was breathtaking. Overlooking the harbor was absolutely beautiful. We saw dolphins every morning. The owners were great to work with. Definitely would stay there again.

Condo was beautiful and extremely clean. Everything we needed was there. The view was amazing and just a quick walk to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Easy drive to many more beaches and the Town of Dunedin. Everything as promised and great hosts.

Amazing Vacation

This is our second time staying in one of Kit & Gary's condos. The host think of everything to make your stay enjoyable and to feel like the comforts of home. The unit was absolutely beautiful and clean! Beds were comfortable and luxurious! Close proximity to the beach and lots of restaurants. Wagon, chairs, cooler, boogie boards...the list goes on and on! They truly have thought of everything. We are already planning our next trip.

Beautiful condo

The location is perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants nearby. The condo is beautiful and very clean. The hosts had everything fully stocked in the kitchen. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and wagon that were provided to use. The hosts were very easy to contact and were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Winter Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at Dock of the Bay. We found it to be just as advertised and seen in the pictures. The amenities were as described and more than adequate for our needs. Just far enough away from the crowds, yet a 5 minute walk to all the activity and sites. We would recommend giving the Dock of the Bay a chance to provide a relaxing getaway for all who seek it.

This is our second time staying at this condo. The hosts are wonderful and so it’s their place. They take pride and they will help you with anything you might need. A perfect stay

Excellent communication with the owners prior to our stay and checking in on us during the stay was the right level. Beautiful condo, sparkling clean, the most comfortable beds, had the best sleeps. The little touches, from beach items - trolley, chairs, cool box to an umbrella should there be rain! Welcome gift was a lovely touch and a superb location, walking distance to everywhere. Gary and I are from the Midwest and knew that once our kids were off to college that we wanted to live someplace warm during the winter months! We had visited Clearwater Beach several times over the years, so chose to rent a condo for a month back in 2012. We liked it so much, we rented for three months the next year and five months the following year. At that point, we knew that Clearwater Beach was where we wanted to stay, so we bought a house on North Clearwater Beach and now live there nine months of the year.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

In 2017, we decided to invest in a condo that we could use when family and friends came to visit, plus rent out to guests looking for a great beach vacation and/or to check out Clearwater Beach for a potential winter vacation spot, just like we did years ago. We looked at several buildings, but selected Dockside Condominiums because of its superb proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, marina, and other local attractions. You can walk anywhere and you will hardly need a car except to explore areas off the beach. Though we're in the heart of the Beach, our condo faces the Bay so you rarely hear the nightlife once you're back in the condo.

The first thing we did after purchasing our condo was to hire a carpenter to do a major renovation and an interior designer to create an upscale coastal concept. We are thrilled with the results and hope you will be too! The patio, pool, sundeck, and dock all overlook the bay. You'll see gorgeous sunrises and dolphins playing right from your dining room window!
