Vous cherchez une belle maison de plage sur l'une des meilleures plages de la côte du golfe? Découvrez notre condo récemment rénové, exquisément décoré situé au coeur de Clearwater Beach à Dockside Condominiums. Nous sommes juste sur la baie et à moins de 100 mètres de la plage de sable de sucre, plage, restaurants, boutiques, vie nocturne, et plus encore. Les vues sont spectaculaires et vous apprécierez de regarder les bateaux, les dauphins et les lamantins depuis la fenêtre de la salle à manger et le balcon.

Notre propriété comprend toutes les commodités de la maison - plus certains! Il est parfait pour un ou deux couples, avec un canapé-lit confortable pour les invités occasionnels. Les suites à deux chambres ont chacune un lit king size et sont situées de part et d’autre de la cuisine / salle à manger / salon, donc parfait pour la confidentialité. Une des chambres comprend également un lit jumeau. Les deux chambres ont de grands placards, commodes, téléviseurs à écran plat et des tables de nuit. Une salle de bain comprend une baignoire / douche et l'autre a une douche à l'italienne. Il y a aussi un coffre-fort de style hôtelier dans l'unité et vous pouvez définir votre propre code d'accès.

La cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle comprend des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, de la vaisselle, des casseroles, des poêles et tous les ustensiles dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos propres repas ou déguster des mets à emporter dans l'un des nombreux restaurants voisins. Une grande laveuse et sécheuse, de grands placards, une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD, WiFi, Internet haut débit, et un parking gratuit sont tous inclus. La piscine et la terrasse surplombent la baie et sont partagées avec l'hôtel Clearwater Beach voisin.

This condo was perfect for us! Everything was very clean, plenty of space as well. Short walk to the beach or to any restaurants. The chair/table combos on the outside patio area were excellent to enjoy the canal. Clearwater Beach has become a VERY busy place and this condo gets you back out of all the extreme crowds.

This was a great place to stay. Close to absolutely everything. We did not have a car but we could walk to everything. The view from the patio was breathtaking. Overlooking the harbor was absolutely beautiful. We saw dolphins every morning. The owners were great to work with. Definitely would stay there again.

Walking into an immaculate place was one of the things I was hoping for on our quick getaway, and this place absolutely delivered!On top of that, everything was within walking distance, and the hosts provided everything we could possibly need for the beach. They even had a cooler available for us to use, which was such a thoughtful touch!The space was clean, fresh, beautifully updated, and had gorgeous views of the dock. Some days, we just wanted to stay in and soak up the sun, and the space made that so easy and enjoyable.Our hosts were incredibly attentive and checked in with us shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was good. They clearly put a lot of thought and attention into the little details, and I especially loved the treats and wine they left for us as a welcome gift. It was such a sweet gesture and genuinely made us feel welcomed and like they were happy to have us.We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place!

Condo was beautiful and extremely clean. Everything we needed was there. The view was amazing and just a quick walk to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Easy drive to many more beaches and the Town of Dunedin. Everything as promised and great hosts.

We fell in love with Clearwater Beach the same way many of our guests do—one vacation at a time!

Gary and I are originally from the Midwest, and once our kids headed off to college, we knew we wanted to escape the cold winters. After several visits to Clearwater Beach, we rented a condo here for a month in 2012. We loved it so much that one month became three the next year, then five the year after that. By then, we knew Clearwater Beach was where we wanted to be.

We eventually bought a home on North Clearwater Beach and now spend most of the year here.

We personally own and manage our vacation rentals, so when you stay with us, you're communicating directly with the owners—not a large property management company. Because we live right here on the island, we're happy to share our favorite restaurants, activities, and local tips, and we're nearby if you need us.

We hope you'll fall in love with Clearwater Beach just as we did!

We chose Dockside because it offers the best of both worlds—a peaceful waterfront setting and an incredibly walkable Clearwater Beach location.

In 2017, we wanted a condo where family and friends could stay when visiting us, while also giving guests a chance to experience Clearwater Beach the way we had years earlier.

We toured several buildings before choosing Dockside Condominiums. The location won us over: beautiful harbor views, yet just a five-minute walk to the sugar-white sand, with Pier 60, restaurants, shops, the marina, activities, and entertainment all within easy walking distance. You can truly park the car—or skip the rental car altogether—and enjoy Clearwater Beach on foot.

We renovated our first condo and named it Dock of the Bay. Guests loved it so much that when the condo right next door became available in 2019, we bought and renovated that one too, naming it Dock Holiday.

Having two neighboring condos also gave us something special: families and friends can rent them together as Dockside Duo, enjoying two complete homes side by side while still vacationing together.

What makes our property special is the combination of an upscale, thoughtfully designed condo and a peaceful waterfront setting in the heart of Clearwater Beach.

After purchasing the condo, we completed a major renovation with the help of a professional carpenter and interior designer, creating a comfortable, upscale coastal retreat rather than a typical beach rental.

Step outside and the waterfront experience continues. The heated pool, sundeck, picnic area, and dock all overlook the harbor. Enjoy beautiful sunrises, watch boats pass by, and keep an eye out for dolphins and manatees—guests often spot them right from the condo and waterfront areas.

We’ve also tried to anticipate the little things that make a beach vacation easier, from a well-stocked kitchen and beach gear to comfortable beds and thoughtful extras throughout the condo.

Best of all, you can enjoy the peaceful harbor setting while being just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, Pier 60, and everything Clearwater Beach has to offer.
