Pride of the owners for their condo was evident in all the details; furniture looked like new, kitchen had new induction stove top, etc. We have stayed at many Vrbo's that the pics did not match the condition of property. Not so here. You will not be disappointed with your stay!

Dolores was a great host. Always replied promptly and helpful if I had a question. The place was spotless and the location was a chefs kiss. Definitely would stay here again.

Our family had an amazing time! Host was amazing abd easy to get a hold of and stayed in touch! We loved the condo and its views. It had everything we needed to be able to enjoy the beach and the pool. We cant wait to visit again.

Dolores and Ezra were great hosts and their condo was incredible! They had everything we needed for a fabulous stay, when we had questions they answered immediately and often had great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Their balcony overlooked the Gulf and we spent mornings outside with coffee and evenings watching the sunset. They had beach chairs and umbrellas available, along with pool floats and toys if needed. Overall a fabulous stay and we hope to go back again next year!

Loved it! Right on the beach, 2nd floor so no waiting on elevators. Windows all across the back with a close up view of the beach. Very responsive hosts who provided very detailed info on parking, access to the unit and recommendations for local dining. We will be back!

The condo was perfect! It actually exceeded our expectations in every way. Every little detail was throughly thought out. Views off the balcony were even better than the photos suggested. Communication with host was quick and check in/out was easy. Only downside was we had to go home! We will definitely be back.

This property is a gem! From the location to the responsive owners it was a fantastic getaway! The beach was not overly crowded, the sand was soft and white, the water was perfectly warm. There was a covered parking spot for our car. The condo had all the necessary beach towels, towels, linens, as well as, cookware. My husband was very excited to try the induction stove! There was a good amount of utensils, plates, bowls, and plastic plates, bowls, and cups for kids. What really delighted us was the storage unit with a wide array of beach items including, chairs, umbrellas, floats, pool noodles and even a wagon. The owner made the instructions for entry very clear and made suggestions to walkable restaurants! It really was right on the beach and the beach entry was just out the door! All the details made for an incredibly relaxing and fun vacation!

Check-in process was super easy. The Condo is extremely clean and very well appointed with kitchen utensils, bath towels, beach towels, etc.. It’s a great location with great view of the Gulf!

The location, furnishings, and provisions of the unit were top notch. The downtown area is within walking distance so you don't have to pay for parking when going out. The beach was right off the property and not overcrowded. Just a fantastic unit and property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clearwater Beautiful

First time in Clearwater and lucked out with the Sugar Sands festival. Absolutely loved our stay. Condo was squeaky clean, beautiful views, comfortable furniture in every room, including the porch. I loved sitting on the patio with my coffee every morning. Also appreciated it was on the 2nd floor and the parking was so convenient. I really loved being able to walk to the many shops and dining options. It was hard to believe how affected the area was by the hurricanes because it was beautiful every where we went. Thank you for such an incredible vacation
we will be back next year!

Super beachfront property

We’ve been to a lot of beach rentals over the years, but this was the nicest one we ever stayed at. The location and view were outstanding. The property also had everything you could want - even beach toys, chairs and a small cooler. Thank you

Five Stars All Around!

Our stay at this beach condo was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the location—just steps from the sand and within walking distance to amazing restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with an gulf view was an absolute dream.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need—from beach towels and chairs to a fully equipped kitchen. The amenities were top-notch: we loved the pool and easy parking.What truly set this place apart was the host. They were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Every little detail was taken care of, making our vacation stress-free and relaxing.We can’t recommend this place enough. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back!

We love the beach, our family loves the beach. Clearwater Beach has always been a family favorite. When the kids are busy and happy the whole family can enjoy themselves. Unlike many beach areas in Florida, Clearwater is a great walking beach. It has many attractions, restaurants and water sports. The kids never get bored. They can swim at the beach, pool or play on the slides and the playground. It is a great family place. Pier 60 has so much for the kids to enjoy. If you prefer not driving, the trolley stops along the boulevard or you can enjoy the free ride service that just takes tips! The marina and so many restaurants and bars are all within walking distance as well.
