Updated condo just steps to the white sand beaches of Clearwater Beach

This first-floor walk up has been remodeled and is waiting for you! This unit is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with high quality beds and furniture. You are about 50 steps from the beautiful white sands of Clearwater Beach. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishware and silverware you could need. There is a full sized washer and dryer for your use.

This is a cozy and immaculate 28 unit condo complex. It also features a heated pool for you and your family to enjoy. There are 2 large gas grills by the pool. There is free private parking under the building to keep your vehicle cool.

We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, sand toys and towels to complete your day at the beach. The Clearwater Beach area offers so many different activities for you and your family to enjoy. You are steps from the sugary white sands of Clearwater Beach. Most attractions are accessible by walking or taking the Jolley Trolley. There are also multiple dining options ranging from beach fare to fine dining all within walking distance.

**This is a NON SMOKING and NO PET property***

We are a child friendly property, but it is not childproofed. We do have a pack n play and a small stroller for your use.

This was our 2nd family visit to Heather's beautiful condo! The condo looked exactly the same as we remembered and shows no signs of wear and tear. The condo checks all the boxes- great location, ample space, updated amenities and everything you could need. We love the open feeling of the kitchen/family room and the bedrooms are a great size too. Everything feels modern, clean and updated. We will certainly choose this condo again on our next trip to Clearwater!

The condo itself is top notch. Clean, quiet, equipped with everything youll need, and then some. Steps from beautiful (and huge) Clearwater beach. Many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Didn't have a single issue during our 6 night stay. Heather, the host, was simply amazing. She answered the few questions we had almost immediately. Went well above and beyond to accommodate our need to reschedule at the last minute. Followed up with us to make sure everything was ok. We've stayed at a fair number of VRBO's and she ranks number one as host. We can't wait to return

My family and i just loved our stay at Heather's condo on Clearwater Water Beach. It's the perfect location for a fabulous & EASY vacation on the beach. Her place is very well equipped - including beach chairs, etc. and our teen daughter says it feels like home. You won't regret your stay.

This condo has everything you will need plus more! The location is amazing. Essentially right on the beach, with a beach view from the balcony. Less than fourth or half mile to restaurants, shops and bars. The storage closet with tons of beach equipment including wagon, cooler, umbrellas, chairs, and toys is so convenient. The condo itself is clean and charming. Quiet environment. A little away from the very busy area of the beach which makes it very nice! Kid friendly equipment including high chair & pack & play! The outdoor pool area is amazing as well - big pool with access to bathrooms! Always warm! The owner is also very responsive & helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything you need

The condo was fantastic! It had everything we could have possibly needed for our home away from home. It was also very clean. Location to the beach was a few minutes walk at most with gear and a 4 y/o. The proximity to shops and food was easily done also. It was also relatively quiet too despite being close enough to shops. The covered parking was also a bonus due to Mother Nature.

Great stay!

My sons and I had a wonderful vacation and the condo was just right for us. The location is perfect! Heather is the best host ever and is very friendly and prompt in her responses. My only complaint was that the windows were quite dirty, especially in the bedrooms and kitchen; We were in need of tissues and paper towels, but Heather was apologetic and did her best to try to accommodate. The beach umbrellas were in very bad shape so we bought one to use and leave there. Heather reimbursed me instantly. She truly will do whatever she can to make everything right. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s very spacious, well decorated and appointed. The furniture and the beds are very comfortable. The terrace is great. It’s a few hundred feet from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Heather was very responsive and super-nice. I’d love to stay here again.

Great Time
