Il s'agit d'un trÚs grand 2 chambres avec 3 salles de bain complÚtes à quelques pas de la télécabine. Un canapé-lit pour deux est dans le salon et un matelas gonflable est disponible pour les personnes supplémentaires. Il y a un lit king dans la chambre principale et un lit superposé queen dans la chambre d'hÎtes. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les éléments nécessaires pour préparer un repas confortable à la maison.

Grands équipements, y compris une piscine avec toboggan et deux bains à remous, salle de gym, hammam, salle de cinéma, salle de jeux pour enfants et parking souterrain sécurisé et chauffé. Highly recommend. The condo was very well taken care of. The location was perfect, so we could walk to the gondola and downtown. The pool area was loved by our youngest child. The lobby and amenities were very nice as well.

I had to call the night before to get check in info; I never received an email 24 hrs prior. It had to be text to me. The place is aged. The bunk beds were not safe for my niece to sleep on top. There were no screens on the windows to open and let the cool air in. Out of the 5 fans provided 2 worked. One sink in the master bathroom doesn’t drain. The coffee pot didn’t work. The bed in the master was so soft my husband and I would roll to the middle. Pros- it was clean and convenient to activities.

The place is a nice little spot to unwind. Unfortunately when we went the property was under renovation. So the unit was very dusty, drywall dust over everything. We rolled with it an still enjoyed our time.

Spacious Springs Retreat: Three Baths, Tesla Chargers, and Family Fun!

This newly updated unit is a standout gem at the Springs! It boasts three fully remodeled bathrooms—yes, three!—featuring lighter colors and high-quality finishes that make them feel surprisingly spacious compared to other units in the complex.The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families or groups. One room has a bunk bed with a single on top and a larger bed below that could easily sleep two kids—roomy enough for three kids total. Add in the pullout sofa and the generous master bedroom bed, and you’ve got space to comfortably fit two families—especially with those three bathrooms to keep everyone happy.We’re big fans of the Springs for its awesome amenities: a pool with a slide, two hot tubs, an exercise room, and a pool table. Getting to the gondola and River Run Village is a breeze, even with the new building under construction nearby. Bonus points for the garage, which offers at least six Tesla-style electric vehicle chargers—a game-changer for EV travelers.We absolutely loved this unit and will definitely be booking it again for our next trip!

Awesome Location

The unit was great and well equipped. Bathrooms were recently updated and everything was clean when we arrived. Only complaint were the dozens of high school kids from Silverthorn who illegally took over the pool and hot tubs both nights making them unusable by any quests. We learned this when the police arrived to kick them out. They didn’t even issue citations, just sent them away so they came right back.That part was very disappointing.

Beautiful condo, well maintained, great location. Easy 5 minute level walk to the mail village/gondola. Good amenities in the building. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. We would certainly stay again.

Lacking Communication

The condo was great, just as described, and actually had leftover spices, which is nice to have. The construction blocking access to typical walking routes to the lifts was really frustrating. The pool was freezing, one of the hot tubs wasn’t working, there are no wagons anymore that used to be fantastic for hauling kids/gear. The views are gone. And particular to this unit, the communication was really bad. We emailed twice before we went and got no response. The locker combo was not shared with us in the welcome letter and neither was the parking pass expectations, so we got a huge sticker that was impossible to remove before we drove home.

Not what I expected

The property was clean, comfy beds, close to gondola, however, there's construction between the condo and gondola. No AC, fans are available but it still got hot, especially in the second bedroom. The condo is located at the farm end past the gondola so if you're hoping to be closer to everything, you're not.

Great condo and location!

Awesome condo! The unit is a well maintained with 3 full bathrooms.Springs is one of the few buildings in Keystone with a pool and two hot tubs. One hot tub was under repair (Dec 15, 2024). Walking distance to the Gondola but a few added steps this year with a new building going up next door.

Great location

Everything was well. Location is great, and made for easy ski in ski out. The construction next door is not too bad, they do start work around 7:15 so it's loud. Towels are always the biggest issue- for the pool I mean. Just very difficult to ever get one. Locker room on ground floor for ski's is great. Heated parking too.

Great location, enjoyed our stay. your code did not work for the garage doors, so we went in through ski locker door and opened . maintenance gave us a hard time when they caught us and so they wanted us to let you know your code was not working, thanks, TA

The springs

Good clean unit. Very hot during the day. Bedrooms have no screens on windows and with the bugs you can not have them open all night. It is cool at night but to many bugs. Also unit is on the 4 floor and with a 5 year old no screens makes it easy to fall out. Add screens and you have a great unit. The beds are nice.

Very clean and nice area

Very nice property! The bathrooms were newly renovated and very nice. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was there is no AC in the unit, they did have fans which helped but all of us woke up hot and had to open all the windows. Owner was very responsive when we had a minor issue and fixed it with in the hour. Would stay here again!

Great condo and location

The location was great, close to bike trials and many towns to go explore. The condo was as advertised, very clean and the pool area was really nice. Would definitely rent here again.
