This South Seas privately owned two bedroom, two bath condominium is nicely furnished and renovated throughout! You will enjoy sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico from the lanai. The property is fully stocked with everything you'll need, from the kitchen to beach chairs and an umbrella.

South Seas Club of Marco Island is a beautiful beachfront condo. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, shelling, swimming, and fishing on three and one half mile of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

Reviewer Comments: This view of this condo (magnificent), the pool, the grounds, the beach area, ease of parking, kitchen being completely stocked and amount of beach gear available are rated a 5-plus. However, the overall rating we are giving this condo is a 4. The condo needs a bit of updates - for example, the beds are so soft and the linens on the bedseemed to be stretched-out or perhaps too big. There was no actual "shower curtain" in the second bathroom - just a vinyl liner. The grey chair in the living room was lop-sided and uncomfortable to sit it. There were vertical blinds missing in the living room and each of the bedrooms. The condo was extremely clean. The AC worked terrific and the water pressure in the shower was great.

Only a brief walk to Doreen's for breakfast or lunch. The condo was well equipped and furnitured, clean with many beach supplies. We had a great stay.

For instance, we were made to do laundry, and had to pay for the washer and dryer to do towels, which we felt was wrong. Some of the beach equipment that was furnished was not in great working order. We have already booked our stay for next year.

Beautiful Marco Island

This condo has amazing views of the ocean from every room. Very clean and fully stocked. Its truly makes you feel like home. Planty of sheets, blankets and towels. Closet full of beach chairs, ambrellas and toys. Beach is amazing, but It is about 10 min walk to the water. Very easy check in and check out.

Great view

Reviewer Comments: This condo is very nice and updated the closet space in the master bedroom is so nice to spread out the furnishings are updated and the televisions in the bedding is very nice so you feel like you’re staying at a really nice hotel even though it’s a condo. The kitchen is very nice the appliances are very nice basically everything’s been re-modeled and it feels like a nice home the view is outstanding in the balcony is so large. I would normally read this a five star but there was a very large stain on one of the upholster headboard’s and my daughter had to sleep tonight against this big stain and it was really really should’ve been picked up by the cleaning staff before we arrived so other than that the condo was excellent and I’m sure I’m sure the cleaning staff didn’t see the stain when she was changing the bedding before we checked in. The rental company was very quick to send someone out but because of the Easter holiday I it took a day or two to get someone out to clean the headboard. I would Definitely recommend and would stay here again we really enjoyed our stay

Clean it before moving in

The master bath smelled so bad of stale urine it was nauseating. My husband cleaned the bathroom while I cleaned the kitchen. the throw rugs stuck to the floor. The kitchen one had a large stain on it. I rolled them up and put them in the closet. The realtor sent someone to clean the rug under the coffee table. It was very disappointing. Didnt think we would have to clean when paying nearly $5000. Stayed in the same unit last year and everything was new and clean. it hasnt been kept up. I emailed and called the realtor, but he never returned my call

Apologies for any troubles in the unit, that is the first any issue like this had come up not just here but in any unit. I know the girls here in the office, who we have to resolve any issues going on with units, had contacted the cleaners to go over once notified of mentioned problems. The view made up for a few things

Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a good experience - but It could have been much better with alittle more attention to the condition of the unit. Floors weren’t clean enough upon arrival, ran out of toilet paper right away, extra blankets clearly hasn’t been laundered and we had to replace the shower curtain liner in the bathroom as it was black with mold. The view made us forget - most of the time! Lots of construction noise as well - right above the unit for most of the working hours. We spent most of the day out of the unit so that was maneagebale unless you are looking to sleep past 8!
