This was our second time staying here. It’s one of our favorites! Always clean, great location, love sitting out on the lanai and watching the boats and dolphins.

What a great place to stay! My husband and I could walk to many the restaurants and bars and the beach was a short drive away. The condo was quiet and clean. The washer and dryer was a big help. We would definitely stay again!

The property looks better and bigger on the website than it does in person. It is very dated and needs a renovation or at least a refreshing. The doors to the bathroom are old pocket doors which are very difficult to close, if you can close at all. The toilet seat/cover is discolored and there’s mold on the grout around the tub. The appliances are outdated but even if you don’t want to spend the money updating the appliances at least buy a decent looking toaster. There are too many rules like making sure you strip the bed and start the laundry (linens/towels) before you leave at 10:00 am. If you leave an additional load of laundry for the house cleaners you will be charged for this. Don’t expect to get into the property a minute before 4:00 pm the day of arrival. The scanner to open the gate did not work very well either. The best part of the property was the terrace. Sorry to sound so negative but we were expecting something much nicer and were very disappointed.

We were surprised by this review because when we checked in during Tony’s stay, he told us: "Everything is good." His review was the first we heard of any concerns (the toilet seat, doors and the grout) which had we told us, we would have addressed them right away. Rest assured, will look into each one after the current guest checks out. The photos accurately show the condo’s current condition, with no filters or editing. It’s one of our value-priced one-bedroom units, and we have more updated properties, priced accordingly, for guests who want a higher-end finish. Our checkout steps (a load of towels the night before, sheets in the morning) are listed before booking, and no extra charges were applied to this stay. Had Tony asked for an early check-in, we would gladly have tried to accommodate him. We’re glad he enjoyed the terrace, and we stand by the many five-star reviews this condo has earned.

Perfect Mom/Daughter Weekend

My daughter and I had some much needed Marco Island time. The condo as perfectly appointed with everything we needed to relax and rejuvenate. The beach equipment was great, location to great restaurants was in walking distance and the view overlooking the river and the pool spectacular. Would definitely give 5 plus star review!!

The property is nice and the view is lovely. They left some nice amenities, such as coffee and a bottle of wine, but these are not things we use. We do use toilet paper, kitchen garbage bags, and dishwasher pods, and I thought for the price we paid for eleven nights we should have been provided with more than two of each.

The cleaning fee guests pay is the same whether they stay for 3 nights or 11 hence what is provided does not change.

Great location, the kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable. My only suggestion would be a comfortable chair or two in the living room.

Week get-away

Beautiful condo. Perfectly furnished and filled with everything we could possibly need for a week in this beautiful paradise. View was amazing. Pool is heated and the people are friendly. Everything is close enough to walk to and so close to Snook Inn and the Marina. We look forwarded to coming back!

The property was just as explained. View was gorgeous and a plus was the beach accessories that was included. My only frustration with this property was the to-do list I was sent the night prior. I have stayed many places and this was a first. Along with a charge if there was “excessive” laundry the clean up crew had to do. I wanted to go to the beach one last time before we left but with the 10 o’clock departure time and taking out the trash and starting laundry it took me close to hour to make sure the list was complete. And if anyone wanted to take a shower prior to leaving that would have been more laundry for them to do. The room was beautiful and like I stated just as described. But the surprise to do list was a shock! Another shock was the 30 fee for a parking tag which the front office did waive for me. I feel that should be covered.

We're sorry the checkout steps caught you off guard since they are outlined in the rental agreement, available to view prior to booking, and we always share them again by text the afternoon before departure so nothing is a last-minute surprise. Regarding the $30 registration fee, that is collected by the condo association directly, not by us, and is a requirement for all guests. We disclose it in the listing so guests are aware of it prior to booking and we are glad the front office was able to waive it for you this time.

A Hidden Secret

We love the Riverside Club and are glad to have found another unit to stay in. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we loved having breakfast on the lanai every morning. We appreciated all the goodies in the welcome basket too.

Riverside Club

Property was lovely - very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great also. The only hiccup I would say was a very confusing check-in process - had to go to a lock box at another property to get a gate key for a gate that did not work. Was a bit confusing but all worked out and enjoyed the property very much.

For those reading Barbara's review, the gate to the complex requires a gate keycard to open it; however, it was knocked offline by the Hurricane. We still have guests going to the offsite lockbox to pick up the gate key in the event it gets repaired during their stay. The last thing we want is a guest coming back at night only to find it closed and therefore unable to get through the gate. Glad you enjoyed the condo and the pool!

Marco Island

This spot was in a perfect location and exactly what I was looking for. It was in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people. It was clean and had everything you needed. Whether you are looking to just relax at the pool or adventure out, I would highly recommend. Easily accessible to shopping, beaches, and other excursions. Absolutely loved it!

Peaceful paradise
