Nous proposons également un lit de repos confortable pour le balcon, idéal pour se détendre après le jacuzzi et profiter du magnifique coucher de soleil de Las Vegas ....

Penthouse a été récemment rénové par Desiigner meublé avec des meubles haut de gamme.
Grande salle de bain principale avec jacuzzi et salle STEAM, douche à effet pluie.

Nous avons également un système stéréo Bluetooth et cinq haut-parleurs au plafond pour une expérience de club!

Cuisine bien équipée cafetière micro-ondes réfrigérateur réfrigérateur congélateur laveuse sécheuse

La salle de bain principale est un spa comme une expérience .....

Le salon a un grand canapé également un lit de repos rond California King de Hazizza (12 000 $). Étiquette en daim avec cristaux Swarovski.

Pas d'activités illégales du tout ...
Il est interdit de fumer dans le penthouse, il y aura une amende de 500 $, mais il est permis de fumer sur le balcon.
Ne jetez rien du balcon et je ne devrais pas avoir de caméras installées sur le bâtiment. La sécurité infectera quiconque jettera des objets depuis le balcon.

We enjoyed the hot tub and view. The lights in the living room were in and out and the overall lighting of the room was dim but other than that we had no problems. The place was as advertised and the host was very easy to communicate with.

Awesome time!

Arthur was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and friendly...Loved the outdoor hot tub and steam shower. Bed was very comfortable...would definitely stay there again

Extremely accommodating, the owner actually answered my phone call in the evening while in his car and trying to get to an important meeting. He made sure that his team contacted me before he got off the phone with me. I own a company in this speaks volumes of him as an owner and the example he sets for his team. I was greeted with immediate responses to any questions I had throughout the stay.The unit itself is extremely well done with great class and character… We never felt the need for anything and the view of the mountains is one of the best we’ve had to date. Highly recommend this property and the team supporting it! Our 2nd stay with this owner and it will not be our last!

What a wonderful property! My husband and I were in town for a week and absolutely loved our stay! The property is absolutely wonderful. I am still in awe. Arthur went above and beyond to make sure every step was taken care of. We look forward to our next stay again very soon!

It's a real beautiful condo, starting with the full equiped kitchen to the marble bathroom and ending with the balkony with the hot tub and the balkony furniture. Especially the balcony is great, I know some condos, but you usually don't find such furniture at the balcony.

Nice location and beautiful views!

The condo, building and staff are all very nice! The views of the city and mountains in the distance were beautiful too! The hosts were responsive to a couple questions we had as well. I gave an overall 3 stars because there are many maintenance issues in the condo that others have mentioned and they were still not fixed. The hot tub does not look safe and the glass has separated in a couple places from the building. Bathroom towel racks and door handles were broken as well.

Awesome time!

We stayed here for my wife’s 40th Birthday and she couldn’t have been happier! Arthur personally met us at the property and showed us around. He is very friendly and made us feel welcome. This room has everything from the fireplace to the jacuzzi to the double shower and full kitchen. The view was awesome and we can’t wait to come back again! Thank you Arthur!

Easy to enjoy the strip

The penthouse was very nice with small issues. One morning the elevator did not work. Another day the jacuzzi emptied itself. Jacob was very responsive on both problems.

Broken door handles and towel rod. The hot tub isnt safe. Blinds have no instructions. Shower floods the bathroom. The lighting is from the 90s. The only room with adequate lighting is the bathroom. Not worth the price.

So fun

The condo is beautiful. Only small minor thing is the glass around the private spa outside. It keeps you from falling out but might need replacing soon. Everything inside the condo is so beautiful. The shower takes a second to get the hang of. But highly recommend this place. Other slight issue was with trying to get assistance from the palms place regarding a toilet issue or a bell man to help bring a cart up to get our luggage downstairs at checkout. But that is not the property owner’s fault.

Hot tub was not working Construction on floor started early. Constant hammerdrill noise like woodpecker. Equipment rental below loading equipment with back up beacons early and late. Space was nice exvept for a few issues. Nothing major. Mainly consteuction and location issues

Also it was listed on my listing that palms is doing preventive maintenance. when I met with you you told me that you know that Jacuzzi is not working, you don’t even care because your wife is pregnant .......

A perfect place for a couple.

We loved staying here. The hotel is very classy and treats you well. The host was amazing and easy to work with. The penthouse was beautiful and very comfortable. We would stay here again and again. I highly recommend staying here. You won't be able to stay at an average hotel again.

Overall, we had an amazing experience. Armen was always quick to respond and take care of everything. A few small touchups and refreshes this penthouse would be close to perfect.

Arthur is seriously the best, he goes above and beyond! He checked us in and helped get us acquainted with the property, super friendly and welcoming. Everything was very clean and in order. Best view in Vegas by far, we will definitely be back!
