The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom with shower, one bedroom with bunk beds, and an additional bathroom with shower. All rooms on the ground floor are air-conditioned and offer direct access to the outdoor areas, creating a seamless connection with the garden and the villa's relaxation spaces. From both the living room and the kitchen, two separate mezzanine levels can be accessed, each via its own staircase. The first mezzanine, overlooking the kitchen, features a cosy relaxation area with a French sofa bed and a children's play corner, as well as an air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed upon request. The second mezzanine, overlooking the living room, offers a double sofa bed and an air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds, which can also be arranged as a double bed upon request, providing a flexible accommodation solution for different guest requirements. The second unit features a fully air-conditioned open-plan living area with an open kitchen, dining table, sofa, and TV.
