Condo was much smaller than pictured and could not accommodate 10 as it said. Had an issue with several door handles coming apart. The balcony door bearings are rusted and falling apart requiring extreme force to open. We have stayed at many other condos in that exact area with a lot more amenities and more spacious quarters for significantly less cost (again, we thought it was much larger than it was). Parking area and spaces much too small for vacationing patrons, most of which drive full size vehicles. Overall stay was not bad, and the condo was nice for what it was, just too expensive for that.

Thank you for your feedback. We will certainly review the balcony door, and we wish you had reported this during your 8-day stay with us. We are sorry to hear you felt the condo was too small for your group of 10. We are surprised to hear there wasn’t enough room to sleep that many guests, as this property has been managed for 10 years without issues. For verification, this condo includes 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds. This is the first complaint we have received regarding the parking accommodations being too small, as they are standard sizes. We wish you the best in the future.

Great place, great area we loved it. Only thing I have to complain about is the oven took FOREVER to cook anything so I highly recommend an air fryer or even a griddle of some sort and the ice maker was not great at making ice so buy a bag of ice BUT we were there for the beach and to have a great time and we absolutely did. Would stay here again for sure!

We loved it.

The parking was maybe 30 yards from the elevator and less than that to our room. That made it so much easier than the larger places with the bridge across the road. The room was great. We didn’t want to leave.

We had an issue with our door code when we arrived, and they were prompt to respond and fix it even though it was after hours. The mattresses were pretty terrible- lumps of springs basically- and the pool was quite small and basically in a parking garage. The grill was also in the parking garage which was a little odd. Overall, we had a great family trip, and I’m glad we found it!

Great location!

Condo was very nice and tastefully decorated. Washer/dryer/stove need updated. Stayed for a month. Would definitely stay here again but found out the unit was already rented for the following year same day we checked in. Very disappointed!

Fyi tell renters the baggage carts aren’t on ground floor and location of trash bins and ice machine and let them know where to park for unloading otherwise all was well thank you for the experience!

Great Visit

My husband and I took our son and his friends on a graduation trip. This place was clean and in a great location. I am very picky about where I stay but I will definitely stay here again. The outside of the building doesn’t give it justice once you walk in the door. I was a little worried at first after receiving a call saying one of the elevators would be down during our stay and everyone would have to use one, but that was not the case. We arrived to see both elevators were fully functional. The only thing I did not like is that housekeeping arrived 15 minutes before checkout. I’m the type of person that wants to stay every minute of what I paid for. Needless to say they had to wait outside until 10am lol Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

Beach trip!

Property is advertised exactly as is. The condo was vey spacious plenty of room for me, my mom and 5 teenagers. Loved that it had an actual laundry room, never had to wait long for elevators, water was always hot, ac was always cold. Loved having an assigned parking spot so never had to drive around trying to find one. Because of the unit being in a smaller building the beach was not as crowded as everyone around us. This was great because there was plenty of room for people to put up their own tents and umbrellas. The chair rental people did not take over the whole beach area like most places I have been. The only negative and confusing thing is the codes to get in. There is a code to get in the elevator area when we got there we were confused on where to go or how to get in. Going to or leaving the beach you have to put in a code several times to get thru all the gates and doors. I understand why but still a pain. Other than that we loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was more like a hotel stay. Any condo I have stayed at at least had salt and pepper, extra garbage bags, butter knives. If I would have known I needed to bring that stuff I probably wouldn’t have booked my stay there or been more prepared. If you’re renting out a condo for 10 people for a week I’m sorry but I believe they need more than just the garbage bags that was in the 2 cans. Not worth the money I spent. And the furniture was gross. Pictures definitely are outdated

Thank you for booking with us. Unfortunately, since COVID there have been a lot of new cleaning and best practices in the hospitality industry. One change is that guests would prefer to prioritize the health and safety of their family over sharing food. During our cleaning process we remove all food and sanitize the condo. I will have my office inspector make sure that you have enough butter knives for all ten potential guests and if any upholstery cleaning is required for any furniture. I'm sorry to hear that having two trash bags per can wasn't enough for your family's trash. Best of luck.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I just got back from a stay in this room. The stay was fantastic the room looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The only complaint I have and it is very minor, there was some sand and dust bunnies behind the night stands in one of the rooms. I could definitely look over it because it is easy to leave things like that behind. Other than that the room was emaculate. The gentleman cleaning the pool every morning was always pleasant and spoke every time we passed him. We ate at a few new restaurants when we were down this time. Of course Pineapple Willy's will always be a choice when we are down for a visit, but we also ate at Fords in Pier Park and the food was delicious, it took a bit to get our food but only being open for a few weeks it was a great experience. We also ate at Sharkey's and Harpoon Harrys for the first time. Our service was terrible at Harpoon Harrys, I could understand being a little neglected if they were super busy, but we went before the dinner rush so they were not that busy, but the food was good. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back in the future.
