Neuf avec vue dégagée et terrasse en mezzanine - Looney Dunes

Fantastique maison au 2e rangée avec vue imprenable sur la plage. Looney Dunes est un 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain et a beaucoup d'espace pour votre famille et vos amis pour profiter d'une semaine de vacances ou une escapade rapide pour un week-end. Grande terrasse en mezzanine avec mobilier de pont, chambre privée pouvant accueillir 4 personnes et salle de bain. Dispose également d'une pièce séparée avec réfrigérateur, télévision et fenêtres enroulables pour se divertir. L'étage principal de la maison a une cuisine spacieuse avec un grand îlot, une table de salle à manger et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Le salon spacieux dispose de deux canapés (lits gigognes) et d'une grande télévision à écran plat. La suite principale a un lit queen size, une télévision et une grande douche à l'italienne. 2ème chambre à l'étage a deux ensembles de lits superposés robustes qui sont queen / full, et une télévision dans cette pièce. Les fonctionnalités supplémentaires sont une cafetière qui est à la fois Keurig / regular, un mélangeur ninja et un mélangeur à main. TV satellite, internet haut débit. Votre petit animal de compagnie est le bienvenu moyennant des frais. Ne pas fumer. Linge fourni avec supplément.

The mezzanine level was a great place to hang out at and escape the sun. We loved that the beach is close. We love the kitchen set up and enjoy the bar area on the mezzanine level. We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect beach house

Fual level porch was pretty cool. Theres alreadt some toys and beach stuff you can use im the garage for entertainment. The house was nice, clean, sturdy and well put together. Perfectly close to the beach. Thank you so kuch

Great location-walking distance to beach!

My family and I had a great stay here. It was a good location to walk to the beach and the view from balcony is nice. Our only concern was the cleanliness- this place definitely needed a good deep clean. It was dirty under and behind beds, dirty clothes inside the downstairs closet from previous renters probably, fans were dusty, pillows were dirty, covers were not fresh and they don’t provide complimentary toiletries so we had to get that on our own. Also there was dog poo on top balcony area as you walk outside. Good location but gave it 3 stars because of the dirty spots we saw.

The bar was awesome too but we didn’t really like the 3rd bedroom (that attached to the bar area on the 2nd floor) not being attached to the main floor. It was weird to have to go outside and up the stairs to come into the house to use the kitchen and living room with the rest of the family. Overall though, I would stay here again. We enjoyed it.

Reviewer Comments: It was ok but for the price not worthwhile the front door kept locking there was what appeared to be long dog hair on the main bedroom as soon as we got there. Dog hair in the floor already guess from previous stay the fact that we have to make the beds threw me off I’ve stayed in other beach house right close by I mean yes I paid for the linens but still have to make the beds. The freezer was not freezing enough, it was an ok stay I would say we wanted to experience the whole 2 flooring beach house thought we would be way better but in reality the owners need to fix up that house for the price that cost a week over 3 grand to me personally was NOT WORTH THE PRICE. The view was beautiful that I was amazed.

Our group of 16 had the BEST time and we couldn't have asked for a better layout of location! We said the house was designed for our crew and even named for us -- Looney Dunes! We loved the ocean view and spent many hours sitting on the decks watching our bigs and littles playing on the beach. We anticipated nights around the firepit, but with our Astros playing the first two games of the World Series the nights were spent in front of the TV with tons of snacks!! Thankful for the big island and plentiful seating!We will definitely be looking at this property again for family get togethers -- my sister was completely surprised!! Swedes was wonderful to work with and even went above and beyond to help us when there was an item left behind that we had to get before leaving the peninsula! All in all, it was probably the best experience I have had with renting and planning a family get together!

July 4th getaway

We had a great time. Looney Dunes was just as shown in the listing. Clean, fully furnished and plenty of space for everyone. The host was exceptional, easy to check in and check out. There was plenty of deck space for lounging and the perfect place for viewing fireworks.

The best part was how much space there was actually in the house, the house fit everyone vary comfortably. Everyone had a bed and blankets.

Great get away!

The property was exactly what was expected, very beautiful, clean, and right by the beach. There was space for up to 18 people as promised if two people share a bed. Also the couches turn into queen size beds so that’s 9 beds in total. There is an extra charge for linens so if that is a must, make sure to ask for them. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely come back for another retreat.

Surprise vacation

In general the property is clean and with good ocean view. Unfortunately, with the capacity to hold 18 people without extra trash bag is challenge. Also, the ladder to climb up to the top of bunk bed is not secured. One of our member fell down due to ladder slid. This can be prevented.
