Chambre à coucher avec lit King size et salle de bain complète complète le niveau principal. Les balcons enveloppants offrent certaines des vues les plus étonnantes autour. A l'étage, vous trouverez deux grandes chambres. Une chambre à coucher a 2 lits de taille reine et une salle de bain privée et la chambre principale détient un lit King et salle de bain privée complète. La chambre principale accueille également l'accès à 2 grandes terrasses.

Les installations sur place comprennent une salle d'exercice, un sauna, une salle communautaire, une piscine en bord de mer et un barbecue.

Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est dans cette unité. Nous fournissons une laveuse et une sécheuse superposables, des serviettes et des chaises de plage, une serviette de bain, du linge de maison, des ustensiles de cuisine et de cuisine entièrement équipés, des distributeurs de shampoing et du savon pour les salles de bain, du savon pour la machine à laver et le lave-vaisselle, Internet haut débit et la vue sur l'océan.

Nous maintenons une caméra qui surveille la porte d'entrée uniquement de l'intérieur de l'unité. Sur demande, des informations d’accès vous seront fournies afin que vous puissiez également vous connecter à la caméra à tout moment pendant votre séjour. This is a great place in Daytona Beach! On the beach, penthouse condo, plenty of room, and a very well stocked kitchen. One of best rentals we have done on VRBO. No complaints at all. There is construction going on but it was not intrusive to the unit. If we ever need a place this large again in Daytona Beach, this would be our place.

The condo was great. Perfect location, kitchen amazingly well-equipped, Joe responded to inquiries very quickly, the balconies were perfect for the weather that was not conducive to being on the beach. I loved all the warm fuzzy blankets to wrap up in while sitting in the balcony reading and listening to the surf.

Daytona Penthouse

The penthouse condo was very nicely furnished and had everything one could want for the kitchen, towels, seating and so on. the location is good, the grounds well kept. Overall it was a great place to spend time at the beach. Thanks, Joe, for making such a nice condo available for us.

Great condo

The condo and owner were wonderful. The only issue we had was a very rude cleaning lady.

Our cleaning lady was upset because your group destroyed our condo. When she walked in after your check out time and found you still there, she noticed there was garbage everywhere and you moved the furniture and didn't move it back. We have stained mattresses, a massive food or bodily stain on bedspread and stained sheets in a different bedroom, a permanently stained couch, a broken end table you propped up in corner hoping it wasn't found, 12 missing towels, food on floors and carpet left, feces from unsealed diapers leaked in garbage pails and on floor. On top of that you reserved for 6 but had over 12 guests the entire week. We have never experienced a group that left our condo in such disasterous shape and had no regard.for other people's property.

I booked this location for business purposes. The host promptly responded to all my inquiries. He was extremely informative about he process, property and amenities. The location was perfect and the condo was spacious and well appointed. I would definitely book this property again and highly recommend this host.

Nice Quirt Getaway

We loved this condo! The owner was easy to work with and the property was as described. While they had exterior work being completed, it did not ruin our time. The beach is also a little slower so easy to find a spot without crowding. If we come back to Daytona Beach again, we will definitely be rebooking the same place!

Three generations

Our family ranged from 6 to 86 years old. This was a perfect location for relaxing during spring break. Kids loved the boogy boards and sand tools. The adults loved the sand chairs. The condo views are heavenly. The location was perfect.

This condo was everything and more I would have imagined. There is so much space. Bringing my divorced parents, their spouses, and my family with a toddler we had plenty of room. This place is truly packed for everything you could possibly need. The views were amazing. Very clean. The renovations to the building were not bad. You do hear some equipment, but nothing that impacted our trip. We loved the pool. I do wish the property had a handicap ramp to the beach, as taking all of our beach things up and down was a bit of a hassle; but nothing we couldn't handle. Joe was excellent in communication. We've already planned our next trip back!

Would stay here again! This beautiiful 2-story penthouse condo made my wedding day just that much more special. I have beautiful pics from the balconies. Great communication with the owner - as we stayed during the impending hurrican Dorian. Very memorable experience. Would like to see the condo updated for the price, but for the 1st time staying there, I was not dissapointed.
