We know that while vacationing, just as important as a nice stroll on the beach is a good night rest. All beds at Calming Tides feature only the best mattresses, pillows and down comforters, including Boll & Branch sheets. The spacious 4 bedroom unit also features 3 bathrooms, a luxury kitchen and a beautiful living area where you can enjoy each other’s company or just stretch out and take a nap with the nice ocean breeze. It was a great place to vacation Everything was well stocked and equipped from paper towels to coffee. We are looking to go back next year. The only negative out of the host control was there is no bathroom near pool without going into building and using a key to access it in gym. Very inconvenient especially if you have small children.

We LOVED staying here!!! They supplied everything except food and clothe!!’ This condo is amazing! The beds are extremely comfortable along with the bedding (including pillows)! Jason, the owner, was very quick to reply to any of my messages. The views were amazing! It was the best condo we have EVER stayed at. We plan to return next year or so!!!

This was our first time to Daytona, but not our first to a Florida Beach condo. Our group size included 4 moms and 4 daughters and we stayed 4 nights. The condo had supplies in each room and were such great quality. Here are a few of our favorites:BEACH SUPPLIESThe condo has a separate beach “locker” full of any supplies you would need for the beach. Several beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, a skim board, wagon, pool noodles, & more. We brought plenty of sunscreen, but we did not need to pick up any other thing! They had tons of beach towels too!KITCHEN & DINING:Air fryer, skillets, pitchers, utensils, toaster, pots and high end glass wear & dishes. Between the table & bar seating, the condo boasts comfortable seating for 12 people. BALCONY: The balcony had comfortable seating for dining - 6 people. It also had a small grill for use. BATHROOMS:The 3 bathrooms were WELL supplied. They didn’t miss a thing. It came stocked with plenty of towels as well. BEDROOMS:The bedrooms were equipt with beds that all slept great. The host provided additional small fans for each room, but each room also had a ceiling fan. The bedding was next level comfortable & the pillows were awesome. The bedrooms were not crowded & provided a relaxing resort feel. LIVING AREA:The living area had comfortable seating and came equipped with board games, some books, & other items to enhance your stay. They really have thought of everything. AWESOME HOST & MUCH MORE!

This property is Amazing and BEAUTIFUL!!! This property deserves more than 5 stars! It was perfect for three couples and one guest. Everyone was comfortable and able to relax with a beautiful beach right next to it. Thank you for allowing us to stay! Definitely highly recommended and will return!

Perfect Beach Getaway

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious beach condo, and we can't say enough good things about it. The location was ideal, with stunning views of the ocean right from the balcony, and walking distance to Crabby Joe's. The condo was beautifully decorated and incredibly well-stocked. The beds were so comfortable, and bathrooms were large and stocked with an abundance of plush towels, toiletries, and robes. Additionally, the kitchen was well-stocked with spices, quality stainless steel cookware, etc., making our Easter dinner preparations a breeze. The large family style table was perfect for our group. This beach condo will not disappoint!

Spring Break 2025

Our family spring break was wonderful. Staying at Calming tides had everything we needed. The condo was exactly like the pictures. The view of the ocean and beach was breath taking. This Condon was the end unit. So not only did you get the beach front view you also get the side view with all the windows. It also comes with your own space in the garage to park your car. The beach ramp was great for our wagon fulled with all chairs/tent ect. There were many condos/hotels that did not have a ramp they had stairs to the beach. The minute we walked in it felt like home. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent Property

What a beautiful condo. The views are stunning. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels for all our guests. We have stayed in this building a few other times in different units and this was by far the nicest one. We will definitely stay here again. Jason was a great host and very accommodating and easy to communicate with!

Looking forward to one more year!

2025 was our last year going to the Rolex 24 hr race, but we decided to attend one more year because of this condo. The condo was perfect for our 60-year-old group of three couples. I don't think I have ever stayed at a VRBO with all the amenities Jason provides. He is spot on in communication, and the condo is perfect. It was a great stay, and we look forward to 2026.

Girl's Getaway!!!

Our stay at Calming Tides was glorious. The communication with our host (Jason) prior to our trip was encouraging, honest and put us at ease as we anxiously wondered about the hurricanes. We stayed for five nights and were pampered with the personalized touch of robes, beach towels, beach accessories, games, binoculars and a high powered telescope that enhanced the amazing balcony views. Fully stocked cupboards met ALL our needs 
 from reheating leftovers in the air fryer to indulging with Keurig coffee and fancy wine glasses. We really did get a chance to indulge, relax and enjoy and are already planning our next trip.

A Slice of Paradise

This place is absolutely amazing!! The perfect setting to unplug from work, breathe, and rest. The interior is great with soft blankets, beach supplies, and HEAVENLY beds that make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Sometimes you dont realize how bad you needed to get away until you find the perfect place to do so. This is the perfect place. It's spaciouse inside with beautiful rooms, an amazing balcony view, and easy beach/ocean access. You won't regret staying here!!

Maximum Comfort

We wanted an upscaled, 4 bedroom, 3 bath for our family of 5. This was perfect especially because the bedding and beds were incredibly comfortable and nice and cozy. No cheap blankets here! AC worked well. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, large eating table and views. We like cooking in and had great family time. Jason, the owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to all questions. The place was also quiet and we never heard other people below or above us. The pool was nice for swimming. We worked out a few times in the gym when the weather was bad. A nice addition to the complex. We would definitely return if we are in the area. Also, there are lifeguards nearby if you have children and are concerned with water safety.

We felt right at home!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Calming Tides. Before we even left for our stay, Jason was very responsive to my frequent emails and assured us he would have everything we would need, and he was right. The condo itself is beautiful, nicely decorated and extremely clean. It is fully stocked but not just with kitchen appliances, but with paper towels, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc. The beach locker was packed with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys for the kids and my favorite, a beach wagon! The 4 bedrooms were very nice and clean. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking from the condo. I was worried about the parking because the lot looked small, but we never had a problem finding a spot. My family and I would definitely return.
