Bluefish Coastal Cottage - 3 chambres / 2 salles de bains - Près de la plage, vélos et bain à remous!

Le Bluefish Cottage a été fabuleusement rénové dans un style côtier moderne. Entièrement mis à jour et décoré professionnellement. Ce chalet spectaculaire comprend trois chambres, deux salles de bain complètes avec douche, un grand porche avec une pelouse luxuriante, une grande terrasse avec un bain à remous, 4 vélos de plage gratuits, une table à manger en plein air et un palmiers, table de pique-nique, nouveau gril à gaz avec brûleur latéral et douche extérieure fermée.

La suite du propriétaire dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bains avec une grande douche à l'italienne, une double vasque et une entrée privée depuis la terrasse arrière. Les chambres supplémentaires offrent un lit queen size et deux lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de téléviseurs intelligents fixés au mur, ainsi que du WIFI haut débit. Profitez de la cuisine gastronomique bien approvisionnée, de la cuisinière à gaz ainsi que d’une laveuse et d’une sécheuse.

Le 75 Blue Fish se trouve à quelques pas de 4 accès à la plage publique avec un parking public empruntant le sable blanc et les eaux émeraudes de Blue Mountain Beach. Il y a beaucoup de places de stationnement au chalet pour trois voitures et une voiturette de golf, les vélos gratuits pour les croiseurs de plage sont placés juste à l'intérieur de la charmante clôture avant.

Les propriétaires habitent dans la région depuis 25 ans et sont heureux d’offrir leurs suggestions pour le shopping, les restaurants, les excursions de pêche côtière et hauturière, les transats, les chaises de plage, les planches de paddle et la location de voiturettes de golf. Le chalet est une valeur cachée qui plaira à coup sûr.

As always, we had a great time. There was some challenges with the hot tub coming to full temperature but John was quick to respond and help diagnose the challenge and pursue a solution. He was great. We loved staying here and will be back! He has a great property.

Best place for a relaxing quiet visit

This place is the best. The owners have it all covered. My wife and I are both red heads and completely forgot umbrellas for the beach. It was so cool to walk on the back porch and find all the beach essentials you need. The entire house is so cozy and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Spring Break

We brought our family here for spring break and loved it! The house is gorgeous and the interior design is top notch. We loved that we did not need to bring anything extra with us. The location is perfect to the beach as well as a quick drive over to the Seaside square. There is no need to leave Blue Mountain Beach though, it is quaint and has awesome restaurants nearby. 10 out 10 recommend!!

Darling beach cottage with great family amenities!

We loved our stay with our young children at Bluefish! The home was so beautifully decorated and stocked with all of the beach toys and chairs you could want for a young family. In our time away from the beach our kids had a blast playing in the fenced in front and back yards and enjoying the hot tub. John was always helpful and great with recommendations. An all around great experience!

Perfect Stay Once Again!

This is our second year staying at Bluefish and it is hands down the perfect house for our family. Blue Mountain Beach is such a gem of 30A. The house is just the right size with everything you need, quiet neighborhood yet close to so many things and John and his family take such good care of the house. You will not regret staying here and we look forward to visiting again!

Awesome little gem in Blue Mountain

This was a great vacation home. Beautifully appointed with all the amenities you could ask for - plenty of towels and starter supplies. Location was excellent, in a quiet neighborhood, easy walking distance to Blue Mountain town and beach, and driving distance to everything else along 30A. What really sets it apart was the owners excellent communication and responsiveness. We had a minor issue arise and John took care of it right away- it’s those little details that really make a difference.10 stars!

Great, quiet stay.

Bluefish Cottage is in a quiet neighborhood just across from Blue Mountain Beach. It’s close and convenient to the beach and all shops, restaurants, etc. in town, all of which are easy to get to by foot or via the bikes provided with the house. The house seems recently renovated and up to date. We very much enjoyed our stay in the house and would recommend it to anyone considering a stay in the area.

We have lived in Destin and Blue Mountain Beach since the mid nineties. In the eighties and early nineties we visited Kelley's mom here in Blue Mountain while we still lived and worked in Atlanta. In 1994 we left Atlanta and have enjoyed raising our three boys on sand and saltwater. Kelley is an interior decorator with an ever expanding client list. John is a banker who manages his company's operations for most of the Florida panhandle . Our older two boys still live nearby and come by often for coffee and dinner. The oldest is quickly making a name for himself as a talented construction superintendent. His construction knowledge, people skills, eye for design and attention to detail have quickly earned the respect of homeowner's and other industry professionals. In fact, he and Kelley handled the renovation and design for this property. The middle son is an outstanding caterer and chef. Since a young age, he has had a passion and flair for all things culinary. As a personal chef he has catered dinner parties for quiet a few of our more well known residents. He has recently taken a break from his pursuit of a culinary degree so he could live a little. A cross country trip ferrying some friends' car and their Rhodesian Ridgeback was bookended by Kansas City BBQ and Thomas Keller's fried chicken. He will start again soon in the back of house at one of our most famous 30 A icons learning best practices. The youngest attends SoWal High where he enjoy's an exemplary GPA, too much popularity and starts on the varsity team as running back. He does a little surfing, paddle boarding and fishing as well. During the Summer he works on the beach setting chairs and umbrellas. Hard work and early mornings - his Dad likes it. We love the area and are happy to share it with you. If you want a local's perspective just ask.

We have admired the neighborhood cottages known as "the brickyard" since we first saw them back in the eighties when we were in school at Auburn. The cozy neighborhood is on 30 A and only a block from the beach. We were patient and finally found a good fit with the Bluefish Cottage on one of our neighborhood walks. It needed some love and we had the vision. We also had the labor. The entire family participated in the demolition and renovation. We hope you enjoy it!
