You can walk to everything or rent bikes or Golf cart before you arrive have it delivered.

Blue mountain Beach Retreat Features 3 bedrooms with the spacious king suite loft room , Queen suite first floor and 2 spacious bunk beds for kids or adults . Beach house is fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor living space; Blue Mountain Retreat is set to comfortably accommodate 6/8 guests! There are 4 sleeping beds with a pull out couch bed. This Brand new built Blue Mountain Beach rental offers 5 beds on 3 level floors with open light and partial scenic ocean view.The modernly furnished queen suite resides on the ground floor with a full ensuite, plus luxury stackable washer and dryer. Up on the 2nd floor is the fully equipped kitchen with limited bar seating (for 4). Along with a full-sized pullout sleeper sofa and smart TV, the quaint living space also has a convertible kids or card Game dining table, seating up to 6. The top floor has a spacious loft-style king bed area that is open door walk in room which has additional closed room bunk room with (full-sized bunk beds). Third floor has luxury Tile -Glass shower with toilet and sink wash which is full hallway bathroom for each to share.

Outside Blue mountain The wraparound paved pathway starts from the front door and leads straight to the back patio. Furnished with an outdoor seating sectional, this quaint space was made to host evening recants of your vacation adventures around the woodburning firepit. Although Blue Mountain Beach Retreat has a private driveway for 2 moderately sized vehicles plus a golf cart driveway the gated community does offer additional overflow parking. If you rent or bring a Golf cart you have your own Golf Kart parking spot next to top of driveway.

Blue Mountain Retreat is situated in the perfect spot to experience everything in the area. Only a 3-minute walk to the gated community pool and 24-hour fitness center while being just a short golf cart ride down to the nearest beach access, local ice cream shops & grocery stops.

Respectfully all guest must wear wrist bands as provided we supply at checkin. Wrist bands are to be warn on all common area community grounds.
Blue Mountain Beach Retreat is a Luxury Vacation Rental Property Blue Mountain rental has no Smoking Policy and No Dog or Animal allowed as it’s a very Strict private vacation community policy.
We know we all love animals but your vacation is truly to be free of Joy and relaxing to get the beach therapy you need :) so enjoy every moment of your freedom with your own alone time and or with family and friends.


We truly want you to experience the best time relaxing and enjoying yourself.
Some rules apply to all community rentals due to nature preserve and community rules. The HOA Rental agreement does not allow smoking of any kind inside and out side common grounds. No dogs or Animals So if you are caught smoking and or with a Dog or any sort of animal we have to charge a hefty fee of two thousand dollars. All approved bookings are approved by Property management as well as the HOA association so HOA and management has every right to charge fees separately for breaking hoa rules.
