Magnifique condo Lake Hamilton avec embarcation couverte sur l'autoroute 7 Sud

Super endroit!! Ce condo est situé juste à côté de l'autoroute 7 dans le complexe de condominiums Landing. Il est sur le canal principal du lac Hamilton et pratique pour toutes les activités, y compris les restaurants, les centres commerciaux, la location de bateaux et d'eau, Oaklawn, le mini-golf, le centre-ville de Hot Springs et bien plus encore.

Ce condo au dernier étage (deux étages seulement) est situé dans un complexe fermé avec un court de tennis et une piscine. L'unité se trouve dans la deuxième rangée de bâtiments du complexe.

Cette unité est un 2 chambres, une avec un lit king size, une avec un lit queen size et un lit pliant, 2 salles de bain complètes, une cuisine à service complet, laveuse / sécheuse et un balcon pour voir le canal principal du lac et magnifiques couchers de soleil! La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et comprend des appareils standard en plus d'un micro-ondes et ustensiles de cuisine de base, plats et ustensiles.

Il y a un bordereau de bateau disponible avec cette unité pendant les mois d'avril à septembre. Location de bateaux disponible à la marina adjacente. Un kiosque sur l'eau est à la disposition des clients du complexe pour la pêche, les pique-niques ou tout simplement regarder les activités du lac. Les feux d'artifice des Fêtes ont lieu devant l'unité / le complexe.

Une connexion Wi-Fi privée est disponible, ainsi qu'une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et une télévision dans chaque chambre. L'accès à Netflix et SlingTV est disponible. Un gril électrique est situé sur le balcon pour votre usage. Il y a deux places de parking attribuées avec beaucoup de places de parking supplémentaires.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hot Springs, and this condo was the perfect home base. The location was ideal, close to everything, yet the complex was quiet and relaxing. The view of Lake Hamilton was beautiful and a highlight of our stay. The furnishings were exactly as described in the listing, and the condo was comfortable and well maintained. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.We would absolutely love to return in the future and only wish we could have stayed longer!

The scene off the balcony was beautiful at night looking at the lake and the town lights.We stayed here as we had a softball tournament and only at the room at night.

This was by far one of the best weekend getaways I've ever had. The condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean, comfortable & cozy with beautiful decor and amazing views of the lake. The condo was equipped with all of the necessities of home. We loved watching the sunset from the peaceful patio. The location is great. It is close to many stores and restaurants. We will definitely be visiting again!

This is a great condo on the water. Comforable beds, lighted pickleball courts. Large living-dinning room. Washer and dryer which was very convenientt after a day of rockhounding. Audrey was quickto repy to questions that I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property and location

Property was very clean upon arrival. The host, Andrea, was very informative and quick to respond to questions. Beds were comfortable, condo was well stocked. The boat slip was a short walk down hill. There is an area for trailer parking in the complex. The community pool was right across from this unit. Short drive to retail and restaurants. 5/5

The condo was perfect for a couple of 2 to spend the weekend in Hot Springs. The only complaint I have is the LR sliding door is missing a seal and cold air blew in the whole weekend.

We stayed here for my daughter’s nationals and it was perfect. Great location close enough to all the restaurants, shopping and ball parks. This condo is right across from the pool and has a great view of the lake from the balcony. I recommend it for a vacation with children.

Great weekend!!

It was a great weekend. We enjoyed the view and the space inside the unit, was great for us. Would have enjoyed the balcony better if it wasn't so hot outside this weekend. Great location for couples or a family. Can definitely see ourselves booking this unit again.

Sparkly clean and excellent location

Place was just as described. It was so clean and comfortable, probably the best bed I've ever slept on in the master. We enjoyed the excellent view of the water from the back deck over a few cocktails. Great restaurants in the immediate area and it was an easy drive to downtown and the race track. Even had real toilet paper and not the cheap stuff! If I'm nitpicking I would say it could have used some coffee and basic cooking items - oil, salt and pepper, and a few basic spices. Host is excellent and provided perfect communication. Hope to return some day!

Hot Springs girls weekend

My good friend , my 3 daughters, and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was a great location and easy drive into downtown Hot Springs. Nice view of Lake Hamilton. Quiet and safe area.

Paradise on the Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My mother called it a piece of paradise, reminiscent of having a water view condo in Seattle. Perfect view, relaxing, and a great location.

Birthday weekend

The property is in a great location. You do not have travel far to get to downtown Hot springs for shopping, spa or hiking. It is also close to the state parks and the marinas are close by too if you want to be on the lake for a day. I like that it was in a gated complex. My sister and I had a lot of fun!!

Girls weekend in Hot Springs!

My friends and I were very pleased with the condo, it was beautiful and clean!!! It was my 1st trip to Hot Springs, and the property location was great. We would definitely stay there again!
