Condo was as described, excellent location. Kitchen and facilities satisfied our needs. My husband and I enjoyed the quiet stay. Beautiful view of the lake. Beds very comfortable. WiFi access was included with the detailed check in and out email. We will definitely return.

Great location. Condo was clean and perfect for four adults. Master bedroom was very comfortable, however the other bedroom could use a better bed—it was not comfortable. There was only blinds in window that let a lot of light in. No dresser in second bedroom.

Weekend Trip

We were in Hot Springs for a cheer competition and this was a great property. Perfect views and location. The property was just as described/pictured and clean. We really enjoyed the deck and the fire pit was great for the cool evenings and mornings. If we're ever in the area again we would book again!

Decorated very comfortably, quiet, exceptionally clean even if the kitchen is only minimally furnished.We found the host to be extremely accommodating and kind.Should we ever need to recommend a place to stay to our friends and family, I would not hesitate to suggest they stay here.Thank you Michael and your team.

Beautiful views

Nice place with a very beautiful view of the lake and mountain. Was a little dusty in certain areas and there was a bag with some items in the closet from a previous guest. The kitchen had the bare minimum, but they did have a nice welcoming of microwave popcorn and chocolate.

We will Back!

My sister and I stayed here for our Birthday Weekend and the condo was perfect. Beds was comfortable, condo was very roomy and very clean, We loved sitting out on the covered patio in the evenings with the propane fire pit and tv to listen to music on. We will Definity book this condo again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great Look but Parking was challenging

The condo had a great layout and fabulous view. We gave a five star overall but had some issues with parking and housekeeping. A difficult neighbor in the next unit threatened to have vehicles towed if we parked in their spot, but we were told by the property manager to park in another spot if necessary. The housekeeping seemed a little lax in some spots (ie - cobwebs in the shower, floors felt gritty). The bed in the guest room needs to be replaced, it was uncomfortable and not very restful.

Quiet Place to Explore Hot Springs

The condo's location is at a dead end street so it was quiet. The place was clean and had bare essentials.The communication with owner was not as responsive as some other property owners I've dealt with. Paying in full, upfront, gets you nothing. Won't do that again.
