ABSOLUMENT AUCUNE ÉTAPE IMPLIQUÉE Pour ceux qui préfèrent les vacances faciles à un niveau. Détails architecturaux partout dans cette propriété de vacances spacieuse. Mur d'entrée incurvé, moulures couronnées, éclairage d'accentuation, tons neutres et chaleureux, granit, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, sols de luxe, aménagés avec des meubles, literies et draps de qualité, ainsi que les dernières nouveautés en matière de wifi et de télévision, y compris une barre de son Bose pour un son de qualité supérieure. Great location, thoughtfully appointed for convenience, comfort, and privacy. Host was very communicative. Bedding was exceptional. Patio with nice view and lounge chairs was especially appreciated. Location close to downtown but away from the noise was perfect. Recommendations by host for restaurants were spot-on. Having no stairs to negotiate and parking right in front of the door was a huge bonus.

It was one of the best homes I have rented. Everything was explained in detail, nice furnishings and decor. I especially liked the parking without any steps, really good for my sister that has trouble with steps or stairs. Location was convenient for dining and entertainment.

Great location and very clean with a full stocked kitchen to those who want to cook a few meals while on vacation. Kay went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great one. If we are ever back in Hot Springs we will definitely stay here again!

LOVE Hot Springs, Arkansas....and so will you! We moved here from TX in 2008 and have not looked back once. We feel like we are on perpetual vacation year around. My sweet husband is retired and enjoys golf and more golf and is a voracious reader. My career in real estate keeps me hopping all the time....once people visit here...many of them decide to explore the idea of moving here....

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I bought this property for several reasons: Love the quality of the construction, but also the location is superb. One block of Central Avenue, which is the main artery North and South thru Hot Springs. This condo development is a waterfront development on Lake Hamilton. Although this condo does not sit right on the water....it has AN AMAZING EAGLE EYE VIEWS OF LAKE HAMILTON and mountains. It is a walk in level, meaning absolutely not even one step.....yet....when you walk out the French doors onto the balcony...you are up about 20 feet in the air because of the topography of the land. So, it is very private. The deck is fabulous...totally covered so you could even enjoy it if there is a soft shower of rain. I just love this condo, in fact we chose to live in it for over a year while we built our new home.
