Maison neuve de 3 chambres à coucher à distance de marche de la perle et accÚs au River Walk. Situé dans le centre, à quelques minutes à pied de plusieurs des lieux de divertissement préférés de la ville, notamment de la brasserie de perles et de la vie nocturne animée du quartier animé de St Mary Agencement spacieux avec plusieurs balcons et vue sur le centre-ville. Idéalement situé à proximité de l'université Trinity, du quartier des affaires de SA et de l'accÚs à toutes les principales autoroutes. Maison neuve et avec tous les nouveaux meubles. Propriété adjacente disponible pour les groupes plus importants VRBO # 1229202.

Garage double disponible pour le stationnement des invités. Grande enveloppe autour du patio. Le premier étage comprend une chambre avec salle de bain pour ceux qui ne veulent pas utiliser les escaliers.

Le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage est le salon. Table de salle Ă  manger six places. Grand, chaĂźne autour du sommet de l'Ăźle avec 4 tabourets. Deux canapĂ©s Ă  trois places, dont l’un est gigogne. Demi-bain et accĂšs au patio.

TroisiÚme étage dispose de deux suites. Spacieux Master avec lit king, TV 55 pouces, deux placards et grande douche principale. La deuxiÚme chambre comprend un dressing, un lit queen-size, une vue sur la perle et une salle de bain complÚte. A également une laveuse / sécheuse au troisiÚme étage pour les clients.

* Un ancien client a soulevé des problÚmes avec un bar à cÎté. Le bar a officiellement fermé et n'est plus un problÚme de bruit.

All rooms were clean. Our only issue was the bottom floor was very cold. The upper 2 floors were fine. The host communications were great and timely. The property is as described on VRBO.

Very modern and clean kitchen fully equipped if you are preparing meals. We did not use but nice knowing it was available for use. Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom and shower were a big plus. Just is very quick to answer with any correspondence. I would recommend this property to as bone and would stay here again.

Spring Break Stay

Memorable stay for our family! The property was exactly as advertised! Spacious & clean with 3 bdr and 3 br was a big plus! Within walking distance of River Walk & The Pearl, short distance to historic downtown Alamo area. Communication was great, check-in/out was too. Overall excellent place/area! Thank you.

A great place to stay

Enjoyed it. Very spacious. Modern. Garage parking was a bit difficult and not being able to park outside the door was not perfect. A bit more spacing between homes would be suggested for future construction. Also a bigger garage.

A pearl of a location

This was a great property and perfect for our needs. Such a great design spread across 3 levels and with a great kitchen and open meeting space. Added bonus, every bedroom has an en suite adjoining bathroom. Again, such a smart design. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Modern, clean and comfortable

Stayed at this property on a long weekend girlfriend trip. The property is extremely clean, new and modern. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Furniture and decor tasteful and modern. It's a very nice multilevel town home. The neighborhood is good with the police station right across the street. It's is north of town. About a 10 min walk or so to the Pearl District which we really enjoyed. We didn't rent a car so we walked and Ubered everywhere. During the day we walked all the way downtown for site seeing and exploring San Antonio. Then we would Uber back at night. I would definitely stay again if we returned to San Antonio. Very nice place! Things to know- there are lots of stairs not real fun getting luggage up to the top floor :) But we managed just fine. Didn't notice the half bathroom on the landing area near the living area until the last day, ha! We had been going all the way up to the top floor for restroom breaks. One other note, if you are a light sleeper there is a bar next door that has an outdoor area that you can hear. Saturday night was the night we most noticed how loud they were. The other nights it was mild and didn't really bother us much. Overall the stay was very nice and memorable and we appreciated staying there.

Nice Townhouse

The property was quiet with the exception of a bar that stayed open until 2am next door. We all used sound machine on our phone and ear plugs and it turned out ok. The price paid was extremely reasonable.

August 2024 stay

Unaware there was so many stairs, sheets on the beds were terrible. Never did get the TV to work, followed your directions and every time it came up with an error message that there was no cable box connection, one remote was missing batteries, so don't know if that was the one we needed. Noted several areas of damage and don't know why they were noticed prior and corrected.

Family friendly

House is good. Be warned that this is a tri level house. First floor bedroom means that person still has to navigate stairs to get to the living room. Other 2 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great. Also be warned that the outside patio of a restaurant is next door to one side of the house does stay open pretty late (definitely well past 10). So if you have anyone that needs to or does go to sleep early, this may be a bother. Separate air control for all 3 levels is also a plus!

Great location and great place

Stayed with some friends on a girls trip. Three bedrooms with our own bathrooms was a plus. Walking distance to the Pearl as well as several other restaurants. Great workout with lots of stairs! Just a short drive or Uber to the Riverwalk. Bar next door but we didn’t hear a peep from them. Large kitchen for cooking and very clean. Directly next to the police station. Would stay again without hesitation.

Family Gathering

Sadly, we booked the place for a family because of a mom/grandma that had passed away. Most grandchildren live out of state. It was the perfect spot to gather 3 families. Place was also very convenient to all downtown activities. It is walking distance to the Pearl. It just so happened we came at the start of Fiesta. The grandma that passed away would have loved that her grandchildren got to see what she loved so much about San Antonio.

Great Walkable Location for The Pearl / Riverwalk / CIA

I would choose this location again for future trips to San Antonio because of its location. A primary purpose of this trip was a cooking class at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). The CIA was an easy walk through a neighborhood where we felt safe. In the same area as the CIA (generally referred to as The Pearl District, I think) there's a weekend farmer's market, many restaurants, coffee shops, artisan shops, and bars. There's also an entrance to the River Walk; It's about 1.5 miles from this entrance to downtown near the Alamo. The house has 3 levels. The ground-level bedroom caught a lot of noise from the outdoor seating of the bar next door. The noise wasn't a problem for common areas on the middle floor or the bedrooms at the top. The ceilings are high, which means quite a few stairs to get between floors, so keep that in mind if stairs are a problem. Food for cook-at-home meals can be found at an HEB grocery store an easy 2-ish mile drive, on W. Olmos. If you go there, don't take the most direct route -- do some zig-zags of cross streets where you'll pass by some beautiful old homes/estates.

Nice stay.

Nice and clean rental. Only critiques were the next door bar noise, garage does not fit two vehicles so our second vehicle had to be parked along a street a bit away out of sight.
