Very nice holiday appartment, well equipped, feels like a home. Close to the transfer boat to the beach and really nice restaurants are close.Everything was clean and good communication with the owner.Only disadvantage maybe were the thin walls and the noisy neighbours. We had an excellent family holiday here.

We loved the accommodation and pool. The apartment is close to restaurants and ferry to beach. Manuela met us on arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend for a relaxing break.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We had a lovely time with our 3-year-old son. The apartment is charmingly decorated and ideally located for exploring the area by rental car. The kitchen is well equipped, and the pool is clean and safely fenced. We also enjoyed the small, well-kept courtyard—great for playing with kids!

Manuela went out of her way to greet us and is a good communicator. She recommended a good restaurant. We loved the spacious unit with easy access to the swimming pool. Santa Luzia has some excellent seafood restaurants.

Stayed in this adorable apartment; enjoyed every minute there. Apartment is with in walking distance of everything in Santa Luzia, very comfortable, and just felt like home. We loved every minute of our stay in Portugal and every minute of our stay in the apartment. Our hosts were very attentive and responsive. We would stay there again if/when we return.

Beautiful apartment.

We stayed in this comfortable, bright and well appointed apartment for 6 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Manuela and Paulo were perfect hosts and responded to any query kindly and promptly. When our arrival in Faro was delayed, the hosts arranged for their charming son to pick us up at the airport, take us to the apartment and show us around. Santa Luzia is a picturesque fishing village and the apartment is conveniently located to walk to the waterfront, restaurants, grocery stores and the nearby Barrill Beach. We would not hesitate to book here again!

Nice, comfortable apartment -- spotlessly clean

The apartment is comfortably furnished, with perhaps the best-equipped kitchen of all the places where we have stayed. Small gestures, such as extra pillows and blankets, were also appreciated. The heating system was very effective during our stay in January. The owners were very helpful and went out of their way to sort out a minor problem with the TV reception. Parking is safe and right in front of the apartment door. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the commercial stretch of Santa Luzia, and about as much time to drive to Tavira. This part of the Algarve has beautiful beaches (the nearby Praia de Barril) and is calmer than the stretch near Albufera.

Wie zu hause gefühlt!

Schön, sauber, geschmackvoll, komfortabel. Ein und Auscheck-en einfach und unkompliziert. Der Pool ist sehr praktisch und ist sauber gehalten. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Restaurants und der Fähre zum Strand. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Love this apartment & village

This is the 4th time I’ve visited Santa Luzia and the 3rd in this particular apartment. The owner is kind and obliging and the apartment is beautifully clean and comfortable. It offers plenty of space, a pool (feels like a private pool as it’s rarely used by others) as well as all the things you need to make you feel at home. The village itself is gorgeous with plenty of seafood restaurants and a couple of wee shops which stock all the essentials. I would highly recommend this apartment and the area for a relaxed and quiet break in the sun.

Wonderful in every way

We have totally enjoyed our stay in this condo. The owners Manuela and Paulo are wonderful. Paulo picked us up at the train station and even stopped at a small store to buy some food. They are always available to help and reply quickly to our texts. The unit is lovely! Very well-kept and comfortable with everything one needs to have a great visit. We highly recommend this unit. Ideal holiday accommodation

My wife and I and my two 'tween' children, all had a lovely time staying in Manuela's apartment; I would happily recommend this accommodation to family or friends. On arrival, Manuela was kind and helpful, which we very much appreciated. The accommodation is ideally situated within Santa Luzia. Everything in and around the town is within convenient reach, and the proximity of off-street parking adjacent to the apartment was good. Santa Luzia is a jewel: lovely restaurants; ideally situated for the close off-shore beaches; quiet, but conveniently close to Tavira and not over-developed. The apartment itself is generous in its proportions and was great for letting our kids make use of the pool without us needing to over-monitor or worry about them. In addition, virtually all the people we met around the pool or apartment during our stay, were relaxed and friendly towards us. Our thanks for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
