Le salon offre une vue magnifique sur l'ocĂ©an Pacifique depuis ses baies vitrĂ©es, ainsi que de nombreux siĂšges pour vous et vos amis et votre famille autour de la tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. Profitez de votre cafĂ© du matin ou d'un film de fin de soirĂ©e avec vos proches! Juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du salon, vous trouverez la salle Ă  manger, avec des portes coulissantes en verre menant Ă  une salle de soleil avec une table et des chaises oĂč vous pouvez ensuite entrer dans la cour arriĂšre. This was a comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood with a wide open view of the estuary. The bedroom and bath arrangement suited our family well and we enjoyed the living spaces with big windows and plenty of seating. Laundry facilities were provided.

Perfect Peaceful Location

This house was lovely! The photos do not do the location justice. The inside was well appointed and decorated and obviously very well cared for. We enjoyed the view from the dining room during meals. We only used the two upstairs bedrooms and both had comfortable beds and extraordinary views! We could not have asked for a better location for our sewcation.

Great location

This house is on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Everything you need in seaside is just blocks away. Beds were comfortable, view is amazing. Really hope to come back to this house.

Cozy stay

Came with 2 friends for one night if food and friends and a howling wind and rain outside. We were very cozy inside. My only regret was the fireplace said do not use. Slept well and loved the views!

Quiet and relaxing

Very nice stay, close to places to eat and downtown. Easy access to the 101. Profile pictures show fireplace but the fireplace is not allowed to be used. There is a deck but no chairs to sit on. Fire pit no chairs! The upstairs bedroom door would not close, the stairs are very narrow and steep and dark! No grill. The views and location are beautiful and quiet the house is cozy.

Beautiful horizon..

The main thing I remember is the beautiful view. This SPECTACULAR view could be seen all day.. and from ANY room of the house.. During the day, we would take maybe a 3 to 5 min trip for shopping, eating, or just walking around in the heart of town. In the evening, we gathered around the fire pit and grilled steak bits under the stars. Later we came in and played family games. This place will be marked as a favorite, for my family.

We could see whale spouts and enjoyed the sunsets. The house is cozy and close to downtown, but far enough away to make it relaxing. It had most of what we needed for our three night stay. Sibling reunion

We loved this house - stayed here last year same week of September and were excited to be able to return to it this year. This is our yearly sibling reunion with spouses. It fits us perfectly with just right bedrooms, spaces for puzzles, card and yahtzee playing, able to make great meals when we want, and just right seating in living room to watch movies every night. We love having the view, watching tide in and out, all the birds, and being able to see the surf out on the ocean. So close in to town, but so very quiet and great neighbors.

A wonderful choice at a great price

For the money, you can't beat it. It is an older home that looks to have had a recent facelift but done so tastefully. There must be a lot of history with this home. FYI, there is no direct access to the beach. You have great access, right off the back steps, to a bay that forms with the high tide. When low, you can go explore and dig for clam right off the back steps! Highly recommend and would likely book another trip here undoubtedly. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Cozy but cold house

However the thermostat was set too low & we were cold 4 of our 5 days there without a way to raise the temperature in the was 66 degrees 4 of those 5 days & at the beach that's too cold for indoors. After 3 calls to the answering service, finally a maintenance man came to adjust the temperature.

Cleaners not show and situation poorly managed

Property was great. Management company not great. Cleaners did not show prior to our arrival. Management co said they would send them. After a few hours I called back when cleaners did not show. We did the laundry to put our young kids to bed. Late at night management co offers to move us to another house

We had such a wonderful experience and were so happy with our stay! The house was in wonderful condition- it has a very homie-comfortable feel to it. The back yard area is very large and was perfect for yard games and also just hanging out. I love the access to the beach- would recommend making a better trail but other than that it was wonderful! The fire place was a nice touch and I loved that there was seating in the shed/garage. Neighbors on the left ( if looking at house) were wonderful! If we return to seaside this will be the first home we look at for availability!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family reunion for 4 nights in Sept. There were 3 couples and elderly Mother. One couple stayed in Seaside, very short drive. The location is excellent. The view is wonderful, estuary and ocean in distance. The house was clean. There was a musty smell when arrived but once aired it was fine. As noted, the house is stocked with all cooking and serving utensils. There are no condaments so bring your own. We enjoyed walks on the beach out front. Even walked into Seaside twice, about 20 min. The washer and dryer were nice. On last morning there were several Elk on the lawn. This was a nice bonus! Note: the main floor bedroom and bathroom were perfect for mother. no stairs! I would definitely stay here again if on the Oregon Coast. Alex
