Notre belle maison avant est situĂ© dans le quartier privĂ© de Marsh Cove et offre des vues spectaculaires sur Bogue Sound avec son emplacement en bord de mer prĂȘt pour la navigation de plaisance, paddle board, kayak et pĂȘche. Accueil est situĂ© Ă  la fin d'une longue allĂ©e sur une pĂ©ninsule Ă  l'Ă©cart des autres maisons, ce qui vous donne une oasis privĂ©e. Sentez la brise de l'ocĂ©an de la terrasse expansive et profitez de la vue imprenable sur l'eau, les marais et la faune du quai. Une courte promenade de 5 Ă  10 minutes vous mĂšnera aux plages immaculĂ©es de la cĂŽte de cristal, la rampe de bateau avec sentier de la nature, la jetĂ©e, et aire de jeux, et la chapelle de la mer. Apportez vos vĂ©los et roulez sur la piste cyclable qui s'Ă©tend sur toute la longueur de l'Ăźle d'Émeraude. AprĂšs une journĂ©e Ă  la plage par les eaux vert Ă©meraude, dĂ©tendez-vous avec une place au premier rang sur le quai pour voir des couchers de soleil spectaculaires.

Notre maison est Ă  environ 5 km du centre-ville d'Emerald Isle, oĂč vous trouverez des restaurants, des boutiques, un cinĂ©ma, un minigolf, un bureau de poste et la jetĂ©e Bogue Inlet. Swansboro, Morehead City et Beaufort sont toutes des routes faciles et amusantes Ă  explorer. Hammocks Beach State Park et Fort Macon offrent d'excellentes activitĂ©s pour toute la famille.

L'intérieur présente une interprétation moderne du design cÎtier classique. De nombreuses améliorations ont été apportées pour rendre votre expérience confortable et agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée pour le chef de votre groupe. Les salles de bains sont également à jour et présentent de belles finitions. Profitez du systÚme audio à la maison et écoutez votre musique préférée à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. La maison dispose également de deux grandes télévisions, télévision par satellite et wifi. Deux des chambres sont situées à l'étage principal et disposent de lits queen-size. Le maßtre a un lit king-size et salle de bains. La quatriÚme chambre dispose de deux canapés convertibles en confortables lits queen-size.

Highly recommend this house! On top of being a beautiful house it also was in the best location. If you are looking for a low key family trip this is where to stay.

This was our second stay at this house and will come back again if available. Architecture and decor are fantastic, very crisp and clean. No clutter or gratuitous beachy stuff everywhere. The amenities are awesome. We used the bicycles, kayaks, putting green, grill and fished from the dock (caught some trout). Being on the sound is very quiet, no tracked in sand, no salt spray on everything and no people traipsing about. The view of the sound is fantastic and the bird watching is great. We love this place.

Peaceful oasis

We loved staying here! We had a few rainy days at the beach, but never felt like we were missing anything because of the beautiful views of the sound and marsh. We all loved staying here.

One of the sound's best!

Excellent location close to town. Just a few blocks to the ocean. Fantastic floating dock for kayaks and fishing on the sound. Gorgeous sunrise views from the primary bedroom. Many amenities add to your experience.

Fantastic Family Vacation Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of all the amenities provided including the paddle boats/board, beach and fishing equipment, games, putting green, the gas grill, and the well appointed kitchen. Perfect spot for a family getaway!

We loved staying at Off Shore Blue! We had the best time fishing and crabbing off the dock, kayaking and playing many round of putt putt golf. This house truly has it all. We felt so at home as they had everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms and even a storage room full of stuff that you could use from a wagon, putters, fishing rods amd 2 bikes. We definitely can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Beach Vacation

We had a fantastic vacation staying at the Offshore Blue listing. Our week was packed with beach time, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and even a family putting championship! Offshore Blue has many amenities and Teresa is a great host. When we checked into the property, my wife exclaimed that the online pictures did not due the house justice on how really nice it is. We would definitely stay here again for future vacations.

We had an excellent stay. The home was just as described It was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable The owners thought of everything They had a kayak, paddle board, corn hole and beach chairs to name a few. We enjoyed the dock and view of sound. The beach was an easy 5-8 minute walk. Highly recommend this property.

Cleaning service provider may have been in a rush. Microwave was really dirty, scuffs and wads of hair on the floor were easily wiped up or picked which speaks to how little effort was applied during the cleaning process. Also there were multiple windows that had spiderwebs with spiders so large it obstructed your view. My husband addressed that issue. This by no means takes away from the property itself which was lovely. I understand you’re relying on others for these services. We honored your home while it was in our possession and we’re looking forward to staying there again!

Beautiful Waterfront Home!

This was my family second time staying in this home. Teresa is a great host. She replied to messages very quickly. Highly recommend this home for a large family. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the dock for fishing. We will definitely stay at the property again this year.

Location, Location, Location

This home has the ultimate location!! It is conveniently located to everything you will need, and most amazingly, is its location on the water!! The views from the porches are spectacular!! Time stands still when you are sitting on the decks; the views of nature are pure serenity!! The house is great and communicating with Teresa is wonderful! She was available and very helpful!! Hopefully we will be back soon! It was amazing!

Sensational Soundside!

What a find!! By far, the most perfect rental home our family has ever stayed in. We so very much enjoyed the peaceful, private location on the sound from the many decks with comfortable rocking and lounge chairs while listening to the surround sound music as if we were the only ones on the entire island. The comfortable open layout was also fantastic with every amenity we could ever need. On top of everything, the communication with the host was amazing and so very generous and accommodating. We will definitely be repeat guests!❀
