Maison de ville de quatre étages directement en bord de mer. Cette élégante et entièrement rénovée maison de ville de quatre chambres et quatre salles de bain a tout le luxe de la maison et puis certains! Accueillez votre famille et vos amis dans cette magnifique maison directement en bord de mer surplombant l'océan Atlantique. Cette grande maison de ville a accès à la plage de votre terrasse à la plage. Vous pouvez également utiliser le crossover de plage juste à côté de la maison.

La plage vient d'être ré-alimentée devant cette propriété. La plage est magnifique et immense! Observez les navires passer de tous les points du monde lorsqu'ils entrent dans la voie de navigation en direction du port de Savannah historique

Détendez-vous et profitez d'un salon spacieux et bien aménagé avec cheminée à bois, grand canapé sectionnel, 2 grands fauteuils, table à manger pour 8 personnes et dîner au bar et cuisine gastronomique ... le tout donnant sur la plage et l'océan. Ou vous pouvez dîner sur votre terrasse ou marcher de votre terrasse à la plage.

Retirez-vous dans la chambre principale king size au dernier étage (4ème étage), avec coin salon, balcon, grande salle de bain privée, immense dressing et télévision.

La chambre principale principale est au 3ème étage avec un grand balcon face à l'océan. Cette chambre lit king-size comprend une salle de bains privative avec une immense baignoire / douche à jets d'air surdimensionnés, un dressing spacieux, une télévision et une terrasse donnant sur l'océan.

Également au troisième étage est une autre chambre principale avec deux lits queen, télévision et salle de bain privée avec combinaison baignoire / douche.

La quatrième chambre est une grande chambre d'hôtes avec lit queen, télévision et salle de bain complète avec douche à l'italienne. Il est situé au niveau principal de la maison avec salon / salle à manger / cuisine / buanderie et terrasse donnant sur l'océan Atlantique.

Il y a une chambre pour enfants avec des lits superposés doubles ou doubles, plus des lits simples superposés, un canapé, une table à manger (parfait pour les cartes, les repas et les jeux).

Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve une petite table de billard pour tous les âges.

Great unit for a family vacation.

The house is great. There were only 9 of us, so there was an abundance of space. The views are amazing. We really liked the neighbors. They made us feel at home.

This was an amazing place to stay! The view is amazing. There was a small appliance that wasn't working when I arrived and I sent a text to the owner and they had a new one to us in a very short time.

Amazing Home!Great for Families

This home is amazing and our whole family enjoyed the beautiful beach and culture of Savannah. With 4 stories of rooms we were able to enjoy each other and have seclusion for little ones who needed naps. Our family had a reunion and we were able to thoroughly enjoy each other, plenty of room for dining in, plenty of room for fun card games, Property management was aware of minor appliance problems and fixed promptly when informed. Overall Great experience, highly recommend this property.

we loved everything about our stay except all the stairs! also sharing the back patio with the other 2 units getting to the beach kept our dogs on alert. the kitchen was pretty well stocked except for serving dishes. lots of pots and pans, utensils, etc. great location for beach, groceries and Savannah.

All dishes and pots and pans were dirty and the shower in the guest room on second floor does not work. Lots of steps.

The shower just has to be turned on the right way. The handle is a little different than others. This home does have steps. Hope you can come back to Tybee!

Mixed messages

Great property on a quiet part of the beach but you are not renting from an owner. You go through a rental company. On the listing at the time, it said pet friendly without listing any restrictions or cost. It also stated two different things about the beds in the basement. After I pointed this out it was said that it would be corrected. Also, I called the management company and left a message as well as texting with no response. It wasn’t worth it to pursue any more clarification since we were already there, but we will not use again in the future.

Nice Property - Could Use a Little Refresh

Overall, we had a nice stay at this lovely property. The location is really good - just off the beach, which we enjoyed. The space is as described - lots of rooms (many en suite) which made it really nice for our two families to spread out and have space. Just a note that this is really a townhome (shared outdoor walkway with two other units), and there are lots of stairs inside the unit. The house itself could use a little sprucing. It was not particularly well stocked relative to other VRBO homes we've rented. Our biggest issue was that there were no blackout curtains, or even a basic attempt to block out the light in the bedrooms facing the ocean. The sun would blast in through the very thin drapery every morning. Make sure you bring eye masks if you stay here. Additionally, there were several items that were damaged/broken. A few of the dining chairs were pretty rickety - and one was simply broken and unuseable - which we learned the hard way. The kitchen cabinet doors are a little wonky, and the kitchen faucet was a bit broken as well (though we could still use it - no problem). So overall, a nice stay, but the property definitely needs a little upgrade.

Our maintenance staff the items you told us about. there is a new kitchen faucet, fixed dining room chairs. We can reach out to the owner about whether or not they want to get black out curtains. That is a great suggestion but others prefer to wake up to the oceanfront view of the ocean. Thank you again for your feedback. We will take it to the owner to make their home even better!

Hail to the Ocean Queen!

This home was perfect for our family get together. We enjoyed the large open kitchen and living space with plenty of room to cook, eat, and hang out. The covered deck overlooking the beach has big comfy furniture to chill and listen to the waves. The ocean views are amazing from almost every room. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have privacy. We enjoyed the sauna on the deck with a fantastic view of the ocean. The location on north beach is perfect. It’s fun to watch the cargo ships coming and going. Truly a wonderful experience for our family get away.

Great location

This property is in a great location, right on the north end of the island and in a very quiet location. We enjoyed watching the ships enter and exit the harbor. Great views of the ocean from all bedrooms and the living room and kitchen.

Got the job done

Hard to tell from the pictures that it’s not a full house and showed under the full house listings. It actually more of a duplex. But there was still plenty of space and the neighbors were cool so it wasn’t an issue.

problem solved

Only two small problems that we didn't report while we were there. The master bath shower never had hot water. The tub did, but not the shower. We had a storm one evening and there was water dripping from the fan housing onto the bed in the master bedroom. Soon after we arrived we called in a problem with the garbage disposal/dishwater and water on the kitchen floor. A repairman came, assessed the situation, and the repair was fixed the next morning. Thank you very much. My only critism of the accomodation is that there is a lack of places to sit and eat. We had 13 people and there were only 12 seats. Even a couple of extra chairs would have helped.
