Only thing I can say is the Ants...may want to have the place sprayed down..but overall..was a Wonderful Stay with the Family and access to the beach right there

This property is located right on the ocean. It is roomy and comfortable, with plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo, etc. Communication with the rental company was prompt and helpful. I would recommend this property to families. We had grandparents, children, and grandchildren staying at house and everyone had a good time.

Great location! We loved the view of the dunes and ocean from the living room and the decks. It was convenient to the wide beach plus just a short walk to the grocery store and other stores. The house was a great fit for our family of 7 adults and one baby. Everything was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels! The kitchen was fairly well-equipped, and the extra fridge downstairs was helpful. Parking is a little tight but for our 4 vehicles, no problem. The management and owners were very gracious when we needed help. We truly enjoyed our first trip to Tybee!

We needed a place for our employees to stay on a project in Tybee for an extended stay and found this place to be economical when compared to the prices of 4 separate hotel rooms. I think everyone enjoyed the stay.

We had an excellent stay. The home was in great condition, clean, and the host responsiveness was super. The home sits right above the beach and right next to the access point. We were on the beach less than two minutes from the front door. It was quiet and the view of the ocean was beautiful. I walked the half mile to the grocery store, which was just fine. Not walking distance to restaurants, but I’m more interested in a quiet and peaceful place, and south and north end restaurants were within a few minutes drive either way.

It was a very good experience. We did wonder why there were no small spoons and had trouble starting the dishwasher. We left some small spoons found at the thrift store in the silver drawer. Had to wash and wipe dishes rather than use dishwasher.

Upon entering the space, you get a whiff of CLEAN! It was delightful. As we explored the 3 floors, that first impression carried throughout the entire space. Gorgeous ocean views from the main area to the primary bedroom / balcony. We enjoyed every space - all of the furniture were high quality (really dislike spaces that are furnished with the latest Big Lots sale). Towels galore. Kitchen filled with all of your daily needs. The balcony furniture was sturdy and comfortable. There’s even all of the things you need for a fun beach day right in the garage - an umbrella, beach chairs, noodles, etc. Literally just disconnect from reality and show up. Everything else is taken care of! Oh - well… you have to cook or go out to eat ;-)Amazing spot - highly recommend!

Great view--poor communication

The house is lovely, clean, and large. It is ocean front with 2 decks above the dunes. There was plenty of seating and dishes (often a problem in most houses). Amazing views! The mattresses were abysmal. When the 20 year olds are complaining about them, they are bad! Communication with the property manager was poor. It took 3 calls and 1 text to get my 2nd payment put through. (It was supposed to be automatic). Replies to emails the week we were there took 2-3 days. House is great; communication needs improvement.

We are typically very prompt to respond to issues, or guest needs during a stay and we apologize if you felt underserved in this area. We have always had great feedback about the beds and sleep quality there, but it is always good to re-assess and see where we can improve. The location of this home was wonderful. We loved the ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. The beach was a short walk away, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The home was well stocked with beach gear, including chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, etc.

Great location, loved being able to walk straight off the beach to the house. Host was pretty responsive and made it easy. House was clean and had everything we needed, but it could use a little TLC. Not the most luxurious place we’ve stayed, but would consider booking again. Plenty of space for 2 families of 5. The beach chairs and wagon in the garage was a great perk. Overall a nice stay.
