+1800 m² de surface habitable pour 8 - 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain complètes. Arcade, table de billard, bar à vin, jeux de fléchettes, chaîne stéréo, machine à pop-corn avec maïs soufflé gratuit, machine à gommes avec bonbons gratuits. Beaucoup de choses à faire un jour de pluie! Guest House se trouve sur un vaste domaine boisé au bord de l’eau, dans une zone de yachting exclusive à East Fort Lauderdale. Complètement mis à jour avec du quartz, du marbre, de nouveaux meubles. GRANDE baignoire encastrée dans une suite parentale spacieuse avec coin salon. Beau quartier à marcher / courir / explorer. Endroit EST très souhaitable à proximité des plages, de l'aéroport, de Las Olas, du centre-ville. Accès au canal Ocean Access. Près de tout mais assez isolé et 3/4 acre pour s'éloigner de tout aussi. Il y a un grand parc boisé à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons. Piscine / parc aquatique pour le kide moins de 1 mile away. 1. 1 mile de restaurants / bars / boutiques. 3 miles de Civic Park avec équipement de terrain de jeu pour les enfants ou tout simplement se promener dans tous les canaux en prenant des photos des yachts 20MIL + $. Si vous vous sentez aventureux et avez des chaussettes d'eau - n'hésitez pas à utiliser mon kayak dans mon canal derrière ma maison. J'ai aussi des cannes à pêche sur demande. Canal va droit dans le nouveau fleuve / inter côtier. Location de bateaux locaux à proximité. Les coupons sont disponibles pendant leur durée. Idéalement situé près de l'aéroport / Las Olas / la plage, etc ... Tout ce que je peux faire / fournir, faites-le moi savoir - je ferai de mon mieux pour que votre visite soit vraiment inoubliable! Located in a nice area. Feels secluded although it is close to everything. The yard is beautiful. We enjoyed watching the iguanas. The pool table was a lot of fun as well. The hot tub referenced is the bath tub in the larger bedroom. I should have read the details a bit closer as I didn't realize that. There are not double futons as listed. There is a couch that folds out to a bed for two. Thankfully there was a blow up mattress in the closet since there were eight of us. Six could stay here comfortably. 8 was definitely a challenge. Overall it was nice stay, just a bit crowded.

Spacious a.d relaxing

A perfect property for a comfortable, relaxing stay. There's plenty to do, or do nothing but watch the local wildlife (iguanas) basking on the canalside rocks.Directions to the property are clear and straightforward. Parking is easy.Would happily stay here again.

Good for what you pay

Stayed with a few friends and it was spacious. Provided kitchen ware and seems to be updated with the appliances. The couch turns into a bed and the beds were comfortable.

Nice canal view

We had a nice stay. The house had plenty of room for our group of 3. The games and activities were fun. There is not a hot tub like the listing shows, but we still enjoyed ourselves.

Fun times by the canal

Beautiful property

It was a beautiful property. I told my husband I felt like we were in the rain forest. Just so green, big trees. The canal out back is nice. We had friends...several iguanas visit. Ty he inside shows like the pics. Very nice. Ty he host was very hands on. He checked in with us which normally doesn't ever happen on other vrbo stay. Overall A plus place

Lots for kids to do.

We stayed for 2 nights after our cruise. Perfect to unwind and just relax. Plenty for the kids to do (ages 10 & 16). Wifi was great for me to even do some work before we headed home. Frank was a wonderful host and even checked in to see if anything was needed.

Great house! Plenty of room and amenities.Frank was a great host.

I was a little taken back when I learned that the owner of the property lived upstairs, however Frank was a great host and gave us all the privacy expected. The property was clean and comfortable on the inside however the back deck area could use some cleaning. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

A place you have to see. Awesome Frank is the best host we have ever had. Will do whatever it takes

Frank was awesome making sure we had everything we needed and then some. Very comfortable place with a great pool table. Great location and clean. Lots of room to have your own space. Frank will do whatever you need to make your stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this House very fun place. If we come back this will be my first choice. So stop looking and book this place.

Pool table was great. Kayak was fun. Really only 1 bathroom. The bathroom in master bedroom is a small almost portable like toilet. Great communication and pretty good location. Outside furniture was totally unusable I believe due to the storm in the previous days. Ok for a 3 day stay.

Thank you so much for staying! I understand some people might be used to very large master bathrooms in new construction homes but this is still considered a large master bathroom in Florida. I know that the oversize Roman Tub /Shower combo for 2+ takes up more space than the toilet area but this is a popular feature and the 1st mention in 6 years I've heard of the toilet area. This master still boasts a 48” vanity too. I personally stayed there for 2 months and found it very comfortable. And yes as you know we were hit with a catastrophic storm 2 days before your stay, so I am sorry I did not have time to totally replace the furniture with all of the clean up but rest assured those items have now been replaced. Great Getaway

Our family traveled to Fort Lauderdale for a judo tournament and extended our stay to spend a few days at the beach. Frank was a great host and his place was so much fun! He was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. My boys loved the pool table, arcade games and shuffleboard. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. We kept forgetting yo pick up popcorn so we weren’t able to use the popcorn machine.
