Avec 6BR / 6BA, cette propriété de luxe offre le meilleur du confort de l'île. Une cuisine ultramoderne et une salle à manger adjacente pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 18 personnes en font la maison idéale pour recevoir. Tout le monde sera à l'aise la nuit grâce à deux suites de maître king size, une chambre king size, une chambre queen et deux chambres à deux lits chacune avec leur propre salle de bain. Il y a un lit queen refuge dans la chambre du coucher du soleil, et dormir pour trois dans la salle des m��dias. Dehors, il y a une vue imprenable depuis les vérandas couvertes qui enveloppent redéfinir la relaxation. Profitez du bar Cabana au bord de la piscine avec une cuisine complète et une télévision. Il y a un petit escalier qui mène à une plage de sable, idéale pour nager. Plongée en apnée sur le 3ème plus grand récif du monde. Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, il y a aussi un bordereau de bateau de 20 mètres avec de l��eau et de l��eau!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the property. However, will not return to Elbow Cay due to the cart situation in town. I do not walk well and not being able to drive the cart into town, to the grocery, restaurants is a deal killer. Will not return.

Hi, We are sorry to hear you will not be returning due to not being able to drive in town, if you have an injury or are unable to walk, you can apply to get a special permit to drive through town at the town council, you will need a doctor letter and fill out an application. The town limits driving in town for the safety of pedestrians, and to keep the quietness of the settlement. If you do decide to come back at some point let us know and we will help you obtain this. BEST Family Vacation We've Ever Had!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I cannot put into words how wonderful 'Watermark' is! Starting with the communication from Elbow Cay Properties, to our final minutes in the house - it was PERFECT! The house is not only gorgeous, but in a prime location, and very spacious. Everyone had their own room and we were never cramped. The caretakers were top notch and handled everything from showing us specifics of the house to bringing our bags to & from the dock. Property description was spot on, extremely clean & well maintained, best customer service imaginable, and I would 1000% recommend this property to family & friends - which I have already done. Having travelled to many islands in the Bahamas, including owning property in Nassau, I can without a doubt say Watermark cannot be beat! I cannot say enough good things about this place- do not hesitate to book ASAP!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love elbow K and have been coming down for 27 years. Watermark is a wonderful home. Although we had a terrible accident a member fell off the back of the deck while stargazing and broke her humerus. I would suggest lighting or something where the deck ends to avoid anybody else seriously injuring themselves. It was just by the grace of God that the person did not hit their head and have a serious injury there needs to be either lighting or a rope or something I think end of the dock. Also your neighbor at table when has a very bright light which blinded the person when they went to sit down on the lounge chairs. I would suggest asking the neighbor to remove the light in their backyard her shine it only on their property and not condo Watermark. it was just by the grace of God that the person did not hit their head and have serious injury there needs to be either lighting or a rope or something I think end of the dark. Also your neighbor at tipple when has a very bright light which blinded the person when they went to sit down on the lounge chairs. I would suggest asking the neighbor to remove the light in their backyard her shine it only on their property and not on watermark

Loved it. Beach, pool, outdoor kitchen and pool, there were four separate bedroom areas. Lots of privacy. Three families could do this easily
