Sentez-vous comme un enfant à notre retraite de vacances à la campagne avec notre étang approvisionné (idéal pour la pêche et les boulets de canon!) complète avec quai et 90 acres de terrain pour explorer, chasser, pêcher et monter.

Cette belle retraite de campagne a toutes les commodités modernes mais est située en dehors du bruit et de la circulation de la ville. Construit sur mesure en 2016, ce refuge de campagne fabuleux dispose de 3 chambres et d'un loft donnant sur une grande chambre pouvant accueillir confortablement 10 adultes avec trois bains et demi.

ÉVÉNEMENTS SPÉCIAUX: Toutes occasions spéciales (i. E. Mariages, événements d'entreprise, etc.) peuvent être négociés sur une base individuelle.

Les écuries seront disponibles pour des contrats de location séparés sur demande.

This house is great…comfy beds, tons of towels, and lots of peace! The property is definitely off the beaten path, but once you get there it’s AMAZING!!! Plenty of room inside and out for our party of 8.The host is super responsive and helpful.(Be sure to bring basic essentials…shampoo/body wash/salt/pepper/etc…a store is not close by)

The most beautiful home and property

We absolutely loved this private stay! The grounds are gorgeous, perfect for kids. We explored outside all day, roasted mallows, went on hikes, found the creek. We will be back!

Beautiful, spacious, secluded and private. All you are going to see is the precious deer roaming the fields and the beautiful horses. The pictures of the cabin dont do justice, it was so much more than expected, breathtaking views, wish i could have stayed longer.

Our stay at Denis' property was fantastic. The listing was very accurate in photos, and I found that there was even more space and furniture than was shown! It easily fit my entire group, and had everything we could have asked for. It made for a very relaxing celebratory weekend. I would definitely recommend this property!

Heaven on Earth

This property was absolutely perfect! It was at the end of a dead end road so you had privacy but still only about 10-15 minutes to town. The stocked pond was our favorite. My boys enjoyed fishing from the dock and I was able to relax on the porch and watch them. If we ever plan another visit to Kentucky we will definitely stay here again.

Loved It!

We had a wonderful time!. Our family wanted to go to the ARK Encounter and the Mega Caverns. The ARK was a day well spent. The MEGA Caverns have Zip Lining underground, it was awesome. This home was centrally located to these attractions so this is why we stayed here. This home is quite and secluded. My husband loved the stocked pond. He would have just stayed there the whole trip if he could. The home is beautiful and there was so much room for the 6 of us. We really enjoyed the foosball table. We sat out on the back deck in the mornings and evenings taking in the surreal scenery of the land. The Chef of the group loved the large gas stove and we really liked that he would cook the whole trip(lol). There is a town about 7 miles away to buy everything you need. Denis, our host was always available and hospitable. He helped us with all of our questions. I know if you are looking for a place to stay and want some down time to relax. You will love this home.

Family Gathering

Perfectly suited for an intimate family gathering. The yard is flat for activities such as Spike Ball and Corn Hole (we brought our own games) and it’s a 2 mile jog down and back on the gravel road to the paved road. Fishing was also fun. Kitchen, dining area and living room are spacious for cooking, eating and just hanging out.

My sisters and I wanted a weekend away to celebrate our Mother’s birthday. We found the perfect location. Quiet, remote and beautiful. House has many great features. We enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and paper products.

Location was great very peaceful. I would recommend update pots and pans and to have some of the basics like pepper, sugar , foil , and a brush to clean grill.
