This home was better in person than the photos and the descriptions. Every little detail was there for us as guests. The pool is phenomenal so Private..Wonderful Wonderful family trip.

Great Stay!

The house was just as described. It was large enough for our two families! The kids had a great time in the pool and the ice maker is a huge help to fill coolers and head out on the boat.

Great Home!

We had eight of us (2 families) and this property was a perfect size. It was in very nice shape and well stocked for cooking at home. The pool was a nice and we had a boat for a few days which made this property even better. Definitely recommend it if you are staying in Marathon.

We had an amazing stay as always! American Coastal Vacation Rentals is always on point with their communication and the maintenance of their properties! We are Florida natives living in Palm Beach Gardens, but we stay at one of their(ACVR) properties every year and we cant wait for next year to roll up on us again!! Great time had by all! Great Family Home!

Our family of 7 had a great week in Marathon! The house was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. Large bait freezer in the garage was very helpful. Beautiful dock. Only recommendation would be to have a power source at the dock. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great community.

Broken dishwasher the whole time we were there. Had to wash dishes after every meal for eight people, not fun. Management company had quick response but no fix.

Peaceful and Beautiful

The property was even more impressive in person and you will not be disappointed. The house was very clean. The beds and the linens were top notch. The owner thought of every detail to make You feel at home. We were a family of 7 and there’s was plenty of space. The dock and pool we’re beautiful. There was an ice machine and freezer to make fishing even more convenient .

Key Colony Fishing trip

An absolute delight! This property well appointed and a wonderful floor plan, especially for multiple couples. The pool is so large and shaded in the heat of the day. You could not ask for anything more! Dock and fish cleaning station is under shade as well. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated and ice cold air conditioning. Everyone in our group was thrilled with this home. You will love this property for your keys getaway. We stayed a total of 2 weeks and never wanted for anything!

Just like the pictures!

Our stay at this property was nothing less than spectacular! The pictures of the place online were exactly as the house stood, and in some cases, the house was even better than the pictures. All the amenities were spot on and easy to use! The pool was absolutely the highlight of the vacation for our children. I cannot say enough about the hospitality and ease around the reservation and check-in process. It was almost so easy that it made me nervous! We will definitely be visiting this location and this property again hopefully! Leslie and her staff were fantastic!

Perfect for higher expectations

I have a need for a clean, well-appointed home for vacations and this property hit the Mark perfectly. We were able to check in as expected with no issues or delays. Upon walking through the front doors, the kids were in awe of the Grande air of the home. To say they were thrilled was an understatement. The home was clean and furnished in a way that made it feel safe and comfortable. The layout of the home was ideal as our 18 year old son took the upstairs suite, the 10 year old took over the downstairs queen and bathroom and my husband and I enjoyed the downstairs master. The kitchen was contemporary and made us feel at home with upgraded appliances and decor. The pool was perfect (though we wish it had a hot tub and that the cushions were replaced on the furniture). The outdoor dining table was used multiple times. The dock on the back was relaxing in the morning and evening, we even caught fish and saw a manatee in the evening. Overall, I would stay here again...hands down. Thank you for a great trip and experience with this problem free rental!

Secluded & lush private family getaway

We had a marvelous one week stay here on 13th Street for our family ( 5x) winter vacation for the last week of February. Sadly our last 3 days the weather turned cold in the 60s but the sun was out . The house has a lot of space for everyone to enjoy and relax . We loved having breakfast on the kitchen island counter and morning coffee upstairs on the private master bedroom patio in the sun . The pool and the covered patio were a very welcoming and relaxing common area . Loved all the palm trees and green foliage around the back property. A very quiet neighborhood with super walking paths around the neighborhood. We loved the heated pool plus the plush pool / beach towels . The house does have a fun supply of pool floats ., beach chairs . The outside patio furniture were very very comfortable and easy to move to follow the sun or shade . Had some fun outside dinners on the patio using the propane grill to cook fresh fish and music . Loved all the high end appliances , bed linens & beds were very comfortable at night . It was nice that the kitchen did have a few spices & kitchen supplies . One does need to bring your own tide and stock up on household supplies .. trash bags , toilet paper , dish soap , tissues etc Enjoyed the outside & inside Sonos music system. Great great family / couple house for making many memories!! Highly recommend this beautiful Florida home !
